Every vendor and crew who worked on the site, from concrete to framing, roofing, drywall, paint, tile and trim were professional, courteous, conscientious and detail-oriented. We were in regular communication about the schedule, any decisions, and any delays. We felt like ******* had a solid understanding of our priorities, and he was an excellent guide and interpreter in terms of how to think about the effects of major decisions. We went with the firm after interviewing several others and previous customers. Another previous customer described ******* as "honorable," and he fully lived up to that. This is a trustworthy firm.

Would not recommend this business. Jobs take way too long. Quoted 3-4 week timeframe week 6 and no where near done. Owner has a disregard for boundaries. He called one of my other contractors to move a date on an install, after I told him I am not moving that install date. They tiled for 10 days on a job that should have taken 4 according to 3 other contractors. Placed the tile order for the wrong amount was off by 28 linear feet on bullnose tile. Insisted on using his tile vendor. I felt bullied to do things his way. He insisted on all elements being on-site and they sat in boxes for weeks untouched. I constantly felt bullied and pushed around. He has no clue how to treat people. No way to run a business. Job will be done properly now on my timeline with new contractor and I feel like a major weight has been lifted, and we will end up with what we want in a reasonable amount of time and budget.

Excellent, quality craftsmanship. This is an older building, but it looks brand new. Beautiful, fresh paint and nice clean tile throughout. The A/C is nice and cold which is important in the South. The bathroom was totally re-done and it is stunning! Thank you, Mr. *********************** for such an excellent job!

We initiated a bathroom remodel estimate with ******* back in March 2022. ******* was friendly and on time for the walk-through and produced a very prompt and professional ***. The estimates were just that (we basically gutted the owners and guest baths, updated kids baths minimally). The project ended up being very close to what the estimates projected but did end up going over a bit to cover needed tile and materials. ********* quote for the overall project was on the more affordable side, compared to other contractors and considering the inflated market. All of ********* resources were skilled tradesman (in craft and cleanup), they were easy to work with and overall produced quality/outstanding work. If there were any concerns or corrections, ******* and resources were quick to respond and diligent about updating the *** to cover both parties. ******* and team was also very good at keeping to a tight schedule (actual construction ran from mid-April to early June). Overall ******* was very responsive and easy to work with for the entirety of the project. A HUGE stress relief when there are A LOT of precious resources involved. We had a great experience with Ponce Design Build. Our home had flooded due to a broken pipe under the road, and they helped us put together a detailed quote & plan to get everything repaired. Everything from our walls to the flooring to our cabinets had water damage & needed to be replaced, and the work was very good. They were meticulous, and the house looks great. We're very grateful for the work they did. Also, their prices were very reasonable which was a big help to us with so much work to be done. We would definitely work with them again.
