pruitthealth is a company that doesnt care about its patients/customers they are very money oriented and don't want to order supplies. they were taking care of my mothers wound care in april 2022 the intake nurse documented that silverasorb is a key supply in treating her wound. but the treating nurse comes out several visit without it. claimed to have no knowledge of it then you report to the office there cluseless after many attempts youll finally get it. they were not ordering anything it was just a run around tatic. her doctors office sent over orders for them to collect urine samples but the had to get a special ****** for collection they didnt want to pay for so they pretend to never recieve the orders from the doctors office. wound care clinics seperate from primary care team told them to increase the nurse visit to 2 twice week they said no they not changing the schedule wound care told them order addtional supplies the office said no.during the intial intake its employees strongly voiced there personal opinons that my mothers wounds and condition did not occur the way we report them each evaluation worser than the last pruitts employees begin to attack the families character saying were lying on other hospitals and doctors we stated negligence was involved the facts are what they are youve got a job to do you do come to the family trying to get help and accuse them of lying just because the situation looks bad on the healthcare profession and doesnt allow for you to do a clean write up for your records one where no quiestions will be asked by there superiors. the employees will be late and lie they gave you supplies they didnt and the office will back them up.
