E. Dennis AC, Plumbing and ************** has undesirable business practices. I have requested a cancellation of my upcoming appointment and a refund for services not received.On January 5, ****, an electrical technician was sent to my home to install three (3) GFCIs. Only two of the GFCIs were installed (1 x 5ft wire @ $260.10 & 1 x 10ft @ $351.90). However, the wiring was not dropped through the attic as charged. They were installed via the adjoining walls for each respective GFCI. 1 x 25ft wire ($378.90) was not installed, nor were the 2 x surge protectors ($538.00).The technician replaced a GFCI in the main bath that did not need replacing nor was requested to be replaced. This replacement was not part of the estimate. I need to pay for this replaced GFCI.I gave this technician a 5-star rating on ****** and a $50 tip before I realized the two GFCIs I paid for were not installed as charged, and he left two breaker switches off in my electrical panel- one was for the refrigerator, which was not discovered for four hours. After careful deliberation, I decided to cancel my upcoming appointment with E. Dennis and request a refund. I did not change the ****** rating as I do not wish to cause harm to anyones business. However, E. Dennis has refused to honor my request, which is disheartening.The four attempts to cancel the remaining services and receive a refund are as follows:1. Email sent at 3:50 pm on Sunday, January 7, **** to ******************************* 2. Phone Call at 4:03 pm EST on January 8, ****. I spoke with *******, who transferred me to ******. 3. Phone Call at 2:50 pm EST on January 9, ****. My husband spoke with ********. She indicated the January 11, ****, appointment had not been canceled, nor had a request for a refund been input.4. I texted online at 11:32 am EST on January 10, ****, informing the company this was my fourth request to cancel my upcoming appointment and refund the services I had not received. No refund has occurred.
