            Today I met with this clinic for the 2nd time. The doctor I seen previously had left the practice. The doctor I saw today was Dr *****. He walked in the exam room and started off with a rude introduction very short. I tried to explain to him my ongoing medical conditions and history along with request for a pain evaluation which I previously told the scheduling department when I booked the appointment. The reception said it wouldn't be a problem and that Dr ***** is a pain management physician. He cut off me off on EVERY word I tried to tell him. He didn't even take the time to ask me how I am feeling or my pain. No physical exam. He was extremely rude and DECLINED to even treat me because I had a procedure preciously scheduled with another doctor. I asked him what about my fibromyalgia and other spinal conditions and he wouldn't let me get another word in. I was in his presence for less than 5 minutes. He was the worst doctor I have ever met. I request a full refund of my copayment.
