This was a HORRIBLE experience! They took my 28k and fixed NOTHING and the guy/owner was a real jerk. Avoid this company, especially if you are a woman!

However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the situation.As an Atlanta-based business, we strive to ensure the highest quality of service for all our clients. We installed the drainage system in your backyard, including several catch basins about 6 years ago . Since the installation, we have visited your property multiple times to clean out the drains, despite this typically being the homeowner's responsibility. Each time, we informed you of the importance of monthly maintenance and the need to install grass sod to prevent dirt from clogging the drains and that we would have to charge a service fee if you called us out again.Unfortunately, despite our repeated recommendations, the necessary maintenance was not performed, and grass sod was not installed. Consequently, the dirt continued to wash into the drains, causing blockages every time it rains. As a result, we informed you that we could no longer provide free service calls and that future visits would require payment. On the last service trip you refused to open the door and did not mail us a payment. So when you called again, I assure you, my intention was to handle the situation as professional as possible. However, the situation escalated when you demanded money from us to pay another contractor to service the catch basins. When I declined, you became irate. We want to emphasize that catch basins, like any other drainage system, require regular maintenance to function properly. We did not offer a warranty on the catch basins, as this is standard practice, and it was made clear that ongoing maintenance is essential to prevent clogging.We understand your frustration, but we believe it is important to recognize the role of proper maintenance in ensuring the longevity and effectiveness of the drainage system.
