      They lock my account not to send money through money transfer provider which i need to pay multiple fees for the amount that I need. By **** app, even 24$ are not allowed to send. I asked them to fix it, but almost month that i received only apology and no one really come to help me. They want me to use their products which high cost and lowest transfer rates. I think this unfair.

      Brightwell caused me to miss an important payment agreement, I dont have access to my account because the facial recognition always give me error messages. Im not aloud an alternative option like the pin code and the customer support is none existent, only reply after 3 days without resolving solutions.., then another 3days after you tell them its not being resolved. Why asking for a pin code when registering if that code will never be required if wanting to access account? There is absolutely no live support at all I still cannot log in to my account, not a payment system or company I can recommend to anyone. What if it was a life and death situation, you cannot have rights to peoples money and not making it accessible unless it is the agreement not to have access to it. I feel this is eligible for being sued because you it causes stress and inconvenience as a result
