              Terrible service asked to have someone give estimate. Was asked to take pics and mark *********** pickets (Lazy). On day of appointment didn't show up till 3:30 tore fence apart(Thursday)and left. Said they would be back in morning never showed up. I had to call company at 12pm to get update. Just to be shuffled around and told someone would be by Tuesday at the earliest to "look" at it. Garbage service yard looks like a construction site. Papers used to mark fence thrown in yard. Fence pickets and posts scattered across the lawn.

              Sales and scheduling were great. Installation not so much - spacing was off, installed wood panels that already had knots and holes present, had to call during installation to have them replaced. Pieces were cut on site and had frayed edges, spacing between panels which could have been better placed. Would not use them again.

              I do not recommend this company. It took seven months to get service after signing a contract . After installation was partially completed several people came by to review the incomplete job only to say it look good to them. Odd post were used, spacing between post is totally off, gates don't open, the twist at the top of the gates is off from nothing showing to alot showing and the gate slops in spots. It was such a negative experience.
