Dr * is the best. I was so pleased with the service I received from Affordable Dentures.******, *** and the front staff are great. I highly recommend this dental group. I know *********** as a former neighbor. He is one of the nicest people my husband and I know. He and his wife are missed in our neighborhood. Thank each of the staff. It is a job to work with as many patients as this group does each day. You just need to understand this and have patience, they work as fast as possible with super attitudes. Dr * is just beautiful and the very best dentist.Review from diane w

So far I'm totally not impressed. I made an 8:00 appointment and after waiting 2 hours I went up to the receptionist and told her that I had been waiting 2 hrs. hadn't been seen yet. She informed me that they don't take appointments, they take reservations. I'm like what the h*** is that kind of system. She said a reservation means that they will see me sometime that day. What kind of business works with that type of system??? I went to their site again and it asks you what day and time would you like to make an appointment. There were over 30 people in the waiting room and only one dentist!!!! Stay away from affordable dentures.Review from Kenneth B

This place just ***** you bank account dry. You go in for a cheap denture repair and all they say is that won't work and they try to talk you up to more expensive work. No same day service as they advertise. Been there 3 times already and nothing has been done. Terrible business. I will never go back.Review from David M

I was informed when I had the implants the fee was $30 to change them every six months. I paid this for several years then all of a sudden it goes to $160 per time. I go to have this service done along with a crack on the top piece and they take my dentures out then get me out of the chair to go up and pay meanwhile leaving my dentures lying on the counter while I go up to pay even before the service is completed. Not only is this unsanitary but makes the customer feel like a not able to pay criminal . Never in my years of customer service havrni heard of paying before the service is completed. Very bad for business and taking advantage of the customer.Review from Sue P

This business be way too slow. Been here twice from 8 - bout 3. It's almost 430 and here I sit with still no second set of teeth. This is ridiculously stupid the way these appointments are scheduled. IF I ever need denture work again, I will be going to Aspen Dental or Clear Choice. Any place but this one in Commerce **. Don't waste your time.Review from Barbara E

I have been a patient at this location for approximately 20 years. I have implants (2) that I have had for several years. Every 6 months you have to have the * Rings replaced with new ones. I have always been charges $30.00 to get these changed. I was in the office about 2 weeks ago to get this done and was advised ( when I checked out) that it was $150.00. This was the first I had heard of this. The receptionist advised that the company wanted to change $150.00 per implant. I was in a state of shock. She advised that they all agreed that it was way too much and they would only charge me $150.00.I protested to say the lease. I was not advised of this when I made the appt. or anything. She said that it was due to supply availability. I feel they are only ripping people off that really can't afford to pay this high a price. I could understand an increase, even doubling the $30.00 but to increase it approximately 5 times is ridiculous.
