Do not get the yearly membership . They did not tell me my points would expire when I told them not to put me on auto renewal. I called to ask why I could not use my points that I paid for and they then emailed me the policy. Told them no one told me this when I said take me off auto renewal. Please just pay for your single massages dont get that membership .Review from Angela M

Massage Envy deserve 0 stars. I only hit 1 the make the box open to write the truest worst review this business deserves. My husband bought me a gift card for $125.00. I'm totally disabled. I couldn't use because of illness, then because of covid-19. I just tried to get an appointment to finally use it. 1st I was told that I couldn't use a voucher I had from another gift card they said it expired. Then, the manager Moriah told me I couldn't get an appt for my other gift card unless I gave them a credit card number. I said no I have a paid for gift card. She said I couldn't get a appointment with it. I was told they didn't do walk ins. So, I said I want my money then. The manager then said I could walk in but had to do appt with gift card in hand. I said fine. Moriah then said even if you come in & another person call for & appointment they would get it instead of me. I said, so I have to give my gift card and wait there the whole day & if someone call for a appt with a credit card to put on file, they get the appt over, myself who's service is already paid for. Moriah said yes. This is a scam & I want my $125,00. Paid back to me with no problems. This business is ran by totally rude, disrespectful thieves. They was closed forever because of pandemic & need to be closed for every for being thieves. My husband didn't by me a gift call for me to receive bad treatment & never receive the service. This experience with this company have made me ill. Simply stating I feel worst no than before receiving this gift. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH & APOLOGY. My service was paid for in advance, how dare this company treat any customer this way!!!
