We called Findlay Roofing to come out and provide us with a free inspection of our roof. We needed to have a new roof installed and Findlay assisted us in every step of the process. They came out and showed us pictures of the damage and then immediately provided us with an estimate for a new roof. They made this entire process much easier for our family. They kept every appointment they made and delivered on every thing they promised. The dumpster arrived the day before and the next day the crew arrived early in the morning and our roof was completed before that same afternoon. The crew that came out were some of the hardest working people we have ever met. They were respectful around our property and courteous in every way. When they were finished the crew cleaned our property spotlessly. To say we are happy is an understatement. He highly recommend Findlay Roofing to anyone that needs roof work done. They are simply the best around. This has been the best contractor experience we have ever had and weve had a lot. We believe Findlay will do the same for you and we hope that you will be fortunate enough to get the same work crew that came out for us. They were outstanding. Findlay Roofing on ******************************* in ********* installed our new roof in July 2012. Initially all was well and it seemed like they did a good job. ******************* was their rep and ******************* was the regional manager. This was not an insurance job. We paid out of our own pocket. We got "lifetime" shingles, which we paid a premium for, and which came with a 10 year "workmanship" warranty. In addition, we also paid an additional $275 for the extended warranty to be doubly safe and secure in this expensive purchase. In January 2023 we had a roof leak which made water streak down our living room wall. I pulled out our original paperwork with our warranty information and immediately called *******************. I left several messages for him over several days but never got any response. In frustration I called another number listed for Findlay and ended up talking with someone in their ************** who told me that each location was individually owned and operated and that basically he couldn't help me. We ended up finding another contractor to fix the leak. Because of this experience I would never recommend Findlay roofing. They did not stand behind their warranty and would not return calls and were not there for us when we needed them most. If anyone from Findlay is reading this and is willing to reimburse us for the cost of the leak repair then I would be willing to change my review to positive.

Findlay roofing company put a new roof on my home ****************************************** a new roof. My insurance company, liberty mutual inspected the roof. There report was not good. Reused old materials and other issues. Findlay was supposed to meet them for the inspection. They were a no show. I paid for the roof then. Very disappointing.

Calling the client to sort out, must be some sort of miscommunications. We have no active appointments or quotes. The last time we were onsite was back in early 2022. Interested to find Liberty Mutual' s findings, how does anyone validate old material was used from 16 years ago? We have a zero tolerance policy for anything but new materials being used.

Last year, I paid ******* roofing over $1,000 to repair a leak during a dry season. Afterwards they couldn't provide me with any work photos to prove the work was completed. Then when it did rain, I couldn't get anyone to return an e-mail or call that it was still leaking. Now, a year later, the leak is worse than it was before.It's sad. They did a good job putting our new roof on 15 years ago. But, their repair service and follow-up is horrible.

*****, Your project came with a 6 month warranty, it was completed in May of 2021 according to our records but we'll get back onsite as soon as possible to inspect our workmanship. If our issue, we'll fix at no cost. Also, we have photos of the work completed. We will send those today, our apologies they were not sent last year. Feel free to give to the office a call and speak to the General Manager if this is not handled in 24 hours.
