No free estimate/consultation. Only after you pay for the estimate do you get an over-priced estimate for parts that are more than twice what you would pay yourself. Bad cust **********************, different responses from poorly trained people. Hard to believe they run a business this way

We apologize for any frustration you may have felt that youve experienced as a result of Icon Electrical service technicians in home service assessment and separately the customer ********************** provided. All traveling in home service calls are assessed a service fee for professional electrical estimation of services. The fee to assess the problem is explained upfront prior to dispatch. As explained the service fee would be deducted from total cost should you chose to have services completed by Icon.The requested service cost for quality installation by certified electricians are at a flat rate. The work requested required many components to complete the job professionally. We understand that the estimate was more than expected, however we can assure that the quality of work aligns with industry standard for certified electricians. Finally we take customer ********************** seriously, we were unaware that you were given different responses outside of the written assessment please feel free to contact us in regards to any miscommunication.Review from Terrance M

The people at Icon are professional, respectful, responsible, and will fight for their customers. When our power company said they would have to turn off our power for six hours in the middle of winter while Icon did a 5-minute job (replacing the panel), our technician got on the phone with the power company and advocated for us. He got them to come turn the power off and turn it right back on as soon as he was done. I am extremely grateful for the folks at Icon and strongly recommend them.
