              When the Paper Tiger first came out, it was great. There were knowledgeable people in the office to answer questions on many of the areas.Now, service in not existent. No one returns calls. You can't talk to a person and have to listen to an electronically generated voice telling you how busy they are, and they will call you back as soon as possible.I have referred The Paper Tiger to clients, learning institutions and fortune 500 companies. Now Given the state of your customer service, I wish I had not. I have invested my time and money with the paper tiger, and the least you can do is fix the issues that keep me from using your online software and doing mt job.
