Well first financial I've been waiting a little over a month for statement trying to settle my debts they haven't sent me anything yet they keep getting me the runaround I do not appreciate it being treated this way just trying to pay off my debts and they're trying to bully me into just paying them do not like the way of being treated as a customer even though my dad is already in collections. They are 100% fraud criminals. They should be arrested. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered in the ****** They fraudulently charged my credit card. I have no idea how they got my credit card. How come they are not in Jail? Shame on ******* for allowing this business to continue to RIP people off. Call their number and see if they answer, and if they do, watch out, you are talking to a scammer. They are the WORST people ever.

I had a credit card that I was unable to continue to pay due to unexpected emergencies. They sold the debt to First Financial Asset and once I was able to stand better on my feet, they took in account the fact that I had always been able to pay my debt until something beyond my control happened. I got offered a very generous settlement and ********************* helped me through the whole process and was very understanding. I know that might not be everyones experience but having a debt collector be understanding and offer a nice settlement is not common so I wanted to share my experience.First Financial Asset Management, Inc. Zero stars, basically incompetent.I got repeated calls from this group. I finally chatted with them. Short story is they said I owed a debt for a car accident. They attempted to get me to pay for a car accident from a car I previously owned. I told them I did not own the car and sold it prior to the reported accident. They asked me if I had proof and could I sent it to them. I told them I did, but it is not up to me to provide them information. They attempted to collect money from me without having any legitimate reason to do so. That is fraud and extortion. Got a email stating I owed a debt to ************ Ive never had an account with them or credit card/loan. I tried to verify my info on invite code and my information didnt match. ************ that somehow got my banking information to syphon funds from my account. It's in dispute now so it should be rectified. The 800 number ending in **** goes to one person named ****** who won't transfer you to anyone or any department, not even his/her supervisor or manager and wants to obtain more of your information!!! We received a letter that was borderline fraudulent, names spelled wrong, multiple addresses, clearly they had the wrong person. We don't have any debt to begin with nor have we ever done business with the business collecting the debt so I wanted to ensure that our address and name was removed so this would not follow us anywhere. Was greeted by the absolute rudest person on the planet who refused to believe us, interrogated us and they got beyond nasty when I simply asked if this would stop all further communication. What an absolute joke of a "company", please get your information straight before you harass innocent people. Maybe you'll listen here, DO NOT CONTACT US ANY MORE ABOUT THIS NONSENSE!First Financial Asset Management, Inc. Response

I have received a few texts now stating that this company needs to speak with me regarding my account. I have no clue what account they are referring too. I have never received a bill, letter or anything but a text with no information in it.
