    We met with *********************** on 11/4/2021 We were told it would be 6 to 8 Weeks for the shutters. On 11/18 I had to email to get any response when the weeks passed and no communication. On 1/25 I received a text responding to my text about delays, That They would ship 2/9 Then I got an email that they would ship 2/25. And email yesterday said 3/3...I called the owner *********************** yesterday and he said he would call me today. NO call. I called him and said I wanted a refund since he had no idea when I would have an installation date. He said that was not going to happen and he hung up on me. I just want a refund of $3,100 I gave as the deposit. Please help resolve this issue. Thanks! *******************************

    This is the walkers and we ordered some shades for our brand new house, and gave ***** from the blind guyz LLC a $1,000.00 dollar deposit to order the Shades we had to wait about 8 weeks so I call because we was concerned that we was scam so I got in contact with ***** he told us next week he would come with his crew to install the shades and When I tell you this is the worst experience Ive ever had with the company thats sent unprofessional installers with no Identification, no uniforms, and with the Covid pandemic the installers came with no masks, no foot protection moreover ***** never showed up, and I should have refused the installation but because weve been without our windows covered I decided to let them in, and the the two men kept saying we have to be in Alabama before rush-hour so they began to make a lot of mistakes, so when my wife came home she notice that the shades was very crooked so we called ***** to our house and said what is they trying to do too me he was very upset with the job ***** agreed that the thousand dollars that I gave him would be sufficient for the mistakes he made and now he backtracked and want to come back and finish the job but we decided we do not want unprofessional people in our house anymore, and the Thousand dollars that I gave him upfront its going to be the final price that I am going to pay

    Wow ! (note that no official complaint was made to the BBB, just a poor review)The ******** ordered decorative roller shades for their new home. There was a short delay in receiving their product, but they were communicated with the entire way. *************** tipped both installers $20 and told them what a great job they did. I spoke with *************** later that day and he said they were concerned about a few of the shades that weren't totally straight.I met with the Walkers the next day and offered to correct any minor issues. What happened next I've never encountered in my life. Within 6 minutes, this couple went from a cordial, otherwise happy customer, to egging each other on into a frenzie to the point they wouldn't even allow me to get in a word edgewise. Finally I just had to excuse myself. I made 4 separate attempts to remedy Their concerns, but they have refused all communications. It is my conviction that the Walkers just tried to get out of their contractual agreement. To date they have paid $2000 of their $4206.38 Purchase Agreement.
