      These guys are grade a scammers, they have policies to insure any mistake made cost the consumer and not the company. They nickel and dime every little thing.

      Communication has been horrible. Shipping time is unacceptable and not what is indicated at point of sale. When the item arrived it was missing all of the pieces. I called and was told I would receive a call back. Instead I received an email asking me to document the issue. I did so, but did call again same day asking for a conversation for clarity. This lined up with similar poor service when I called asking about the delay of the order. I will never order from this company again. Business closed for the day and I still do not know anymore than I did this morning.
