I have been a dedicated Atlanta Brave Season Ticket holder since **** spending over $300,000 on tickets with the organization. I renewed my 2023 Season Tickets (A-list Member) as usual in August of 2022. Almost half way through the season (6/15/23) I received an email from a *************************** with the Atlanta Braves issuing a warning my ticket resale was to high and must be below 70% by the end of the season or my **** A List Membership would not be renewed. He sites condition 13 in the terms of agreement which does not specify any percentage sales or what would be considered excessive resale. Bottom line is I should have known the resale terms prior to committing $18,146 to the 2023 season. I was out of the country a good part of the summer and that simply was not enough time to find partners to share the tickets with like most season ticket holders do. I'm an individual, not a corporation. The letter was dictating I was required to use or give away over $5,000 worth of tickets by season end which I did thru usage and transfering the tickets to friends and family which was allowable. No compensation was received for the tickets, I did not sell them. I had already committed to the **** season have paid $9,609 to date but was notified 11/3/23 I did not meet the requirement and my A-List Membership has been forfeited. That simply is not fare and is incredibly poor business policy.To resolve this matter I am asking for reinstatement of my A-List Membership status for the **** season.I
