Did a trade in on a new **** They were supposed to deliver a check for the difference in the trade in amount but since they did not complete the appropriate paperwork it has been a month and I still have not received my check. I contacted them and they promised to investigate and provide a response but none has yet been provided. Buyer beware. I would not do business with them again.Review from Alexis E

They need to close this place down. My car has been there for weeks and I continue to get the run around. I called 2 days ago to speak with someone again because ******* never available. ******* answered the phone put me on hold for 3 minutes so I hung up and called back someone new answered and I asked for ******* but all of a sudden after she left me on hold she was no where to be found. I'm about to call and report my car stolen and tell them *** holding it hostage. Just let me get my car back so I can take it to a REAL shop.Review from Kadijah T

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Never take your car to this KIA ********* I got my car in November and My car has been there for almost 3 months now. ive paid them over $2,600 to fix my car. No solution yet! Nothing but the run around, every time I come there Im getting a different answer from a different person (several new managers in 3 months/new service technicians), now nobody has responded back to my text messages. They refuse to give me a refund for work that I did not ask to be done (service tech who no longer works there bc of him doing janky work and them knowing about it) and im not even 100% sure has been done because I have not even physically seen my car in 3 months. Twice ive been told they couldnt even find my car. Im preparing myself to take legal action towards this company for negligence and lost wages, I have documentation on all this bs ive been dealing with and voice recordings of them making false promises. I seriously cannot believe all this is happening and my livelihood is in shambles because I have no vehicle after paying all this money for it to be fixed (WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY) and on top of that still paying a $600 car note.Nalley Kia Response

My Car was stolen Feb 19 my car was recovering a week later* They I called stonecrest **** to ask if they could repair my car* The Service Manager told me that he could not because I didn't buy my car their* I have Purchased 5 *** over my life time and from this *** * just spent 800* On breaks just 2 months before* know I have had to take my care somewhere else* And know I'm waiting on key mode* Car rentals are adding up* I feel *** should step in and help there loyal customers* But this manager to tell me no* I feel it's all *** ******* no manner where u buy it*and not my fault the ******* was not fix sooner *and the news Media put that out about the *** boys** And back orders on parts *I'm sure there will be a Major lawsuit against ****Review from Latisha C.

I am upset that I have to write this, but one of the service technicians put my 2022 kia ******* (brand new off their lot) on the wrong lift to do an oil change. they damaged the bottom panels of my car on both sides. They offered to fix the damage free of charge, but it has been 5 months and they still have not fixed the problem. Every time I go up there to get information about what is going on I get a different story. The reason I have to just go up there is because they never answer the phone or return emails. They told me today2/17/23 that the parts were ready to be put on, but when I get there and wait 30min for someone to get the keys to take it to the body shop. One of the workers told me that someone in the body shop lied to him and told him they were ready, when in fact they are not ready. And now I have to wait again. And all he can do is offer me a 50-dollar credit. They have very poor communication skills, and customer service.Review from Davitta T.

My 2016 *********** had been sitting at this dealership for three weeks before they ran a diagnostic. This is the fourth week, and its like pulling teeth to get any answers regarding my vehicle. The engine light was flashing and the car was jerking when pressing the gas pedal. Just this week week four, I was told the car passed the bct test and that it would probably need a knock sensor and oil change. But no information on cost and nothing sent in writing other than a text. Poor customer service. I would not purchase another vehicle from **** At this time, ** still waiting for a response.My husband is on chemo, and we are going broke paying for Uber to get back and forth to pick up his medication and for me to go to work.Review from Richard J

Blatant false advertisement. They have "dealer special" that shows cheap prices for lease. When we went, the salesman (who looked blank as ever) confirmed the price and even showed us the car on the ad. When he brought the lease paper, it was way more than the advertisement price. When I asked why, he went to his manager each time and gave me 3 different reasons saying that this isnt the same "model" in the ad and when I asked wheres the car in the ad you confirmed you had he said they dont have it, the taxes and fees werent added on, etc. He didnt even know how to stick to his own lie. Such a waste of time i dont know why dealership always have to use deceit and lies.Review from Dometa b.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. My car has been at the dealership since October 31.Every week since it's been there, I have to go out there to get an update because they won't answer the phone or e-mail. I am not provided with a rental car or approved to get refunded for getting one. I took my car there because it smelled like it was burning. Now I can't drive it at all. I was emailed to come get it, that it was ready to be picked up. I paid $ **** and was told that it was not drivable, after I paid them. So bottom line, I have had no car since October 31 and out of $**** and they don't care. Every time I go out there it's a different story. It's really sad how I am being treated. I have called corporate also. I am praying that this is resolved soon because I am tired of catching a ride.Review from Cynthia B

I will forever regret the day that I purchased a *** ********** PERIODT!!!!! I have only had my car 8 years, never driven out of state, I only drive less than 10 miles to work daily, ALWAYS keep my oil changed and maintenance on my car, yet I am possibly looking at getting a replacement engine out of my pocket. I will have to do some investigating. Local news channels have shared stories about the dangerous possibility of engine fires with certain *** ******** yet my engine supposedly is not covered. Every time I am here there are multiple things wrong with my car according to them. I came in one day and they told me that I needed new tires (I had just purchased tires THREE DAYS prior to coming to ***) ** now I don't trust anything they say. A friend had similar issues with her *** and guess what she didn't have to pay for her oil consumption test nor a replacement engine. Hmmmm "something in the milk ain't clean" RUN, RUN, RUN DO NOT PURCHASE ANY *** VEHICLES YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!Review from George M

I recently purchased a 2022 Telluride Nightfall edition. The only positive thing about the car buying experience was ***** my sales man and the sales manager *****. the rest of the experience was more than terrible, THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY NOT EVEN FOR MAINTENANCE, the finance manager was disrespectful to myself and my wife on several occasion to the point it almost got physical between he and i because as he said "he ain't the one" and corporate nor the ****************** care. **************** is obviously not their priority at all, they just want your money. This was the worst car buying experience i've ever experienced after the actual sale. If you dont want to use their financing DONT BUY HERE, if you are a cash customer DONT BUY HERE. They are trash and the company that owns them Asbury Automotive does not care nor will they return your calls or emails.
