      How can I leave a 0 star. I was dealing with a sales person for a week talking numbers and payments. Finally came to a agreement. I FLEW!!!! to *******!! GOT TO THE ************************* HEAD DEALER SHIP. Did all of the paperwork now waiting for the salesmen to come back. He goes and takes the vehicle off the showroom floor getting it ready for me. He then states that ******** is going to contact me for approval .Still waiting he then comes back and states that its to late and they will contact me the next day. No one from ******** financial calls me. He then contacts me the next morning he needs $25000.00 down on this vehicle this is a( lease vehicle) Im in shock at this point because again I flew here one way. So I ask him if I can speak with the finance manager her wants to know why, saying I can discuss any concerns with him.Then he finally says ok let me get him to give you a call. Manager is in a meeting can't talk. Moments later he calls and says yes we need $25000 down because the bank would only lend a certain amount. I went off on them!!! Salesmen calls me back we can take $18000......Im a female went in w/o my husband.Now I have to book a flight back IM SO MAD AT THIS POINT Called Marietta dealership they explained that this situation was so unethical and wrong which it was and BUCKHEAD ******** DEALER SHIP DOES THIS FREQUENTLY The salesmen and the finance manager lied to me to get more money. I want my air fare compensated *********************** SALESMEN *********************** FINACE MANAGER

      This is one of the worst dealership that I have been to for service. My car was brought in because of an issue I had while driving through Georgia. The service department supervisor and his employee. Keeps giving me erroneous completion dates. Im also being told that they fixed my car supposedly. They fail to communicate with customer on length of time and also fail to give documentation of whats wrong with vehicle. My car has been sitting at that dealership for over a week. Still nothing on whats truly wrong with my vehicle. I dont know if anyone really care because whats another complaint. Im just consumer that has to take the bad treatment and lies from the supervisor and this device department. Im from outta town, so they treat me as such. By not taking calls return calls unless I call the corporate office. Which I have called three time. On Friday when I drive 5 hours to pick up a car that wasnt ready, the supervisor told me it would be ready before Christmas.

      My dashboard read check coolant level in May 2021. Each time my coolant was replaced the light would reappear on my dashboard check coolant. After bringing my car into Mercedes Benz of Buckhead service it was determined that my coolant needed to be replaced due to a hole. The job was done and the cost was approximately $740. Since then Ive had my scheduled services. Six (6) months to the date the light came back on my dashboard. After speaking with my service advisor ******************* he stated that its possible another line connected to the coolant may be the cause. I am so disappointed in that response as my expectation after paying to replace my coolant was that I would not have to worry about issues related to it for a long time. Whats the use of having a luxury car and paying top dollars for service with these type of results. I am highly frustrated and turned off by the lack of communication in detecting or avoiding this.
