      After a week of having my 2023 GMC Acadia I took it back because the gas gauge said empty but the car itself said I had 83 miles. I had a *********************************************************************************************************** more even when sitting still. Heyward Allen Athens refused to watch the video and had someone drive it to the stop. He stated that I was right it went from 83 to 129 miles driving only a **** feet to the shop. He and a tech took it out for a drive and he stated I was right its crazy its all over the place. He said there nothing he could do that it had to adjust to my habits of driving. Its the way that the car is made. No where on the vehicle manual or car sticker states that. When I addressed the issue with GMC head office they said that the dealership is correct. They said what ever the dealership tells them to say. I request for my money back and they refused to give my money back to me. I purchased this car in September and still having issues. You never know when the vehicle will be out of gas because it can be on empty and have anywhere from 28 miles to 129 miles. **** will happen if I run out of gas on a busy highway and get killed trying to get it off the road way because the vehicle says empty and there 129 miles left on the full to empty gauge. It would be my fault I caused a accident and I would be dead so I could explain what happened. Heyward Allen and GMC should be ashamed of not reacting to the customers more better to saying it has to grow to your habits. For this beginning said I think someone besides me should stand up to greedy car companies and there dealerships that take advantage of hard working customers that rely on begin told the truth about vehicle that they know has habits so the customer decided if they want to purchase the vehicle or not. If I knew about this I would have not purchased it.

      I was recommended by one of my co-workers to Check-out Heyward Allen ****** for a used vehicle for my wife. I normally by ******s, currently owns a SR5 4Runner. On 28th Dec.21 I walked into facility and A salesman approach me, I asked him a few questions, told him I was looking for a used Camry or Lexus. He walked outside with me and directed me to available vehicles.I saw the Camry I liked and asked him price and best price. He gave me the keys for a test ride. I really didnt need a test ride, due to I have just drove the Camry at a previous dealership. I told him I like the car and this will be a cash transition through Navy federal credit union. After giving the salesman my paperwork, I sat and waited. I was very tired due to receiving my booster shot earlier this morning. After a few hours, I asked the salesman, why its taking so long. he said 2 people was ahead of me. After couple more hrs.I told the salesman, I need my paperwork back and I will return tomorrow. At this moment, I was ****** and ready to cancel. I was not returning. He took me to finance office and paperwork was completed within 5 min. I should have cancel and walked out.On 29th I returned to have right rear tire having a rupture on it, QA should found this issue if checks have been done. After few hrs I departed facility.On 30Dec. I returned because registration listed the vehicle as being Black, but the vehicle is silver. I informed the salesman that helped with the purchase, he informed me that it was just an incorrect code, it really not a big issue, just make sure the vin # is correct. A representative across from me seen the frustration in my face and took the registration and changed it into the system at DMV to make sure my registration wood be correct from DMV. At this point I was so angry with process at this dealership, trying to keep my Professionalism. I served numerous years within Military and currently works as a PMP with a DOD contractor, manages over 100 employees.This staff need training on customer service, ****** is a great brand.After discussing this with my family and the way I was treated. I decided to try and return the vehicle. I spoke to Navy Federal and they said if I were not happy return the vehicle, because the deal is completed until I sign the loan documents.I walked into facility and told the salesman I didnt want the vehicle, my wife wanted a different vehicle. He almost went crazy, stating the vehicle could only be changed within 72 hrs, he forgot it was less than ********************************************** on another vehicle. This guy really shouldnt be working any where giving false information like this, also stating it would be difficult to retrieve the taxes from state. He was lying, Navy Federal had not received information from Heyward Allen ******. I decided to keep the vehicle, but I will never set foot in this establishment again. I have lived in over 30 countries and currently works in *****. I guess this type of service in the **** is normal.
