On August 24th, 2023 I gave *********************, representing El Compadre Trucks *** (per owner *********************) a $1600 deposit to rent a mechanic shop property located at ************************************************. On september 12th 2023 *************** called me and said I could not continue to move my cars or tools to the above property claiming that he did not have a permit from the county for me to move in and therefore i had to stop my move. I told him i had already towed cars and moved equipment top the location and that looking for a new location would be a challenge and an extra expense, he agreed to return the deposit after i cleaned out the property. I cleaned out the property and left it in better condition than when received, now neither **************** nor Mr. ****** return my calls, texts etc. This situation has cost me thousands in damages by having to look for another shop, tow my cars etc. At this point I just want them to be fair and return my deposit of $1600 and damages of $5000 (extra towing and moving expenses, wasted time, affecting my income, extra deposits at other property etc.) I hope for a prompt and fair resolution.
