Financed the vehicle June 13th, 2022, was told by one of the employees Chris to lie about the amount I paid for the down payment to the car financing company - which is totally against the law, falsifying information. Before purchasing the vehicle the owner of the business promised to fix the issue with the check engine light after I purchased the car. Went back to the car dealership to have them fix the issue but nothing was ever resolved and kept blaming it on the mechanic for not showing up, they wasted two of my personal days, 2 weeks in a row. Finally showed up the day the owner told me to come in after the initial follow up and returned the car because nothing was getting resolved with the car itself. Got the car diagnose and their was entirely more problems with the car than just the check engine light. I will be spending about $30,000 plus the mechanical and fixation of getting the car issues resolved. I havent even had this car for 3 weeks and have been going through the worst with them. The owner refused to refund my money and stated the car is sold as is and you already signed a contract - weve already been paid by the car financing company which I felt was very sickening to have a attitude towards a consumer whom expected high quality service which their website mentions, the website mention they sell newer quality cars which I feel like is not living up to *********************. Every visit has been recorded via the surveillance camera at the establishment, they kept promises they couldnt keep and sold me a car with a check engine light - something that wouldnt pass emissions.
