I was dealing with a very nice man who was taking care of me and the possible purchase of a used vehicle. In the end, the used car sales manager came in to " close the deal" I suppose and started to push me about taking the car home that day, etc. He got quite aggressive in my perspective and I was shaking when I left the building. His behavior triggered me in a very negative way and I did not go back there nor will I ever go back there. I have a feeling he would not have spoken to a man in the manner in which he spoke to me. It may behoove you to speak to your staff and explain to them that in the " black lives matter" and " equal rights for women" world that we live in, bullying someone into buying a car is not the way to go. Folks are more woke than that these days. At least I am.Review from William W

Absolute dishonest dealership. True lack of caring for the safety and security of it's audience. I say audience because they play magic tricks so they can lie and cheat you. The have stolen from my wife and put my family in danger with their lack of safety. My wife drove over an hour home with missing lug nuts from a vehicle she just bought there! They gave her 2 sets of keys as well when she specifically asked for a second set, except the second key doesn't go to our car. The dealership manager *******, says there is absolutely nothing they will do to fix this at all. Refuses to correct their mistakes or even own up to them. So if you bought a 2020 Van from them recently, check your stock number, I have your second key.Review from Josh J

They have terrible customer service with high pressure tactics. Then, after paying my loan off early, they refused to refund my remaining gap insurance without making a two hour drive to appear in person. This is 2022- theres no reason I shouldnt be able to cancel without driving there. They just are trying to make it so difficult to cancel that people just give up. I have bought two vehicles from them but will no longer give them my business in the future.Review from Smackdown5150

Sutherlin Nissan has 3 new 2021 Nissan Altima SR advertised on Auto trader for $21,544, $21,743, $22,107 Called the dealership to confirm price. I was transfered to *********************** who is their internet specialist. I told her I lived 77 miles away and didn't want to waste my time or gas if this was not the prices of the cars.. The dealership had 4 2021 Nissan .After she supposedly confirming the prices with a manager, She set me up with an appointment first thing the following morning. The next morning I arrived at the dealership when they opened at 9am. The receptionist sad she was hear but directed me to sit with another sales person. I asked him for ******* and he said he would let her know I was hear. He then said I'll help you get this thing going. Pulled my name up in the system then went to get the print out of the car. He brought back a paper with a final price of $41,233. The dealership was charging $3,999 fee since a new car is hard to get because of supply. Also charged $2,699 destination fee then a $699 doc fee. Also in the charges was $1 **** for paint and apolstry protection .Then another $1,700 for Nissan assurance program. After the shocking price I asked to talk to the manager. *************************** came to talk to me. He explained every dealership is charging all these fees on a new car. So I said I've heard enough, thanks but no thanks, you can scam somebody else. He then snatched the printed paper out of my hand and walked away. I asked for the paper back but he would not sa another word as I was taking pictures of him with my phoneReview from Pricep

These people are the lowest of the low. They advertise super low prices on ********** and ********* Don't think that you will get that price. I found a Murano I wanted that they had listed. With the car business being like it is from covid, I decided that I would drive 6 hours to buy the car. I was assured by ***** that the price would be honored. As I was driving up, he even told me that he had the keys to this car in his pocket. When I get there they didn't even have the car. I don't believe it even existed. The first story they told me was that it sold yesterday. Then they said that the manager's wife was driving it. Later, the manager asks the salesman "where is this car?" They said that ***** was an ***** and that he would be ***** for this mistake. So here is the deal they offered to make up for their mistake. They offered a similar demo Murano with 5Kmiles for $8000 more than they had originally promised. I left there thinking that
they may have legitimately made a mistake. Then I went and started reading Google reviews and found that many others had had similar experiences to mine. This is the way they do business. It's been 3 weeks since this happened and the original add is still up on autotrader. It is my goal to share my experience with as many people or agencies as possible.
This "********" person that leaves the sweet little canned response to these reviews is just as shameless as the rest of the dealership. She does the same thing on Google reviews.Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia, LLC Response

It's been a week since you answered my post and the Murano is still listed on Autotrader. I wonder how many people have fallen for your scam since you wrote your response a week ago. It hasn't been removed because this is how you do business. There are many similar stories on your Google reviews. The website is managed by a 3rd party. We cannot control what postings they keep or delete. Once the car is sold, they are alerted and should remove the postings. Fraudulent illegal ad pricing. In Ga, advertised car prices must include all fees except for state fees. They added $1695 for used car prep and $890 for e-doc fees on top of ad price. We had a written quote for one amount and agreed to come back in morning after they cleaned up the car and they wanted another $1000. We walked out.
