Mercedes Benz of Marietta I could never purchase a vehicle from them nor the company as a whole again. The night I bought my car, I was told because I had a lot of miles on my trade it would be better to lease the car and trade out of it before a certain amount of miles. **** that happened over a period of almost 4 months. Not only was it a lie, I was told I had to pay 19 thousand down before I could trade out of it. Not only, was that done. I remember when I walked to my car that night. I was very excited to get in my car. It was a Mercedes! My favorite color as well! Come to find out a couple of days later, the car I drove home was not the car I ended up with. It was a down grade. No, keyless entry by touch, no seat warmers, no touchscreen radio. All the amenities that I test drove in were gone. So I was paying the sticker price for a cheaper car. I complained about this, and nothing was done. Not only did I complain about the car not the car I test drove. I never received my paperwork on the car until the day I went in for an oil change. I went in to the dealership in my city Leesburg. I was supposed to get the first oil change free, free tires, roadside assistance, scratch and dent protection, the entire time I had the car. So, when I took it in, non of what I was told that night was on the list the lady said to me. The day I needed new tires was the worst day ever! And the last time I done vehicle service with Mercedes. I was there from 9am till 3pm and I had to be out of town. My trip was pushed back till the next day. They gave me a rental for a few hours after I had been there all day. Then only to tell me my tires were not covered. The young man assured me, before I handed my keys over that it was covered, and it wasnt. My experience with Mercedes is the worst ever! I decided to stand my grounds with them, and they came and picked up the car in the middle of the night. And charge another 20 thousand dollars that was already paid.
