had deal almost completed fair deal after i called there bluff on 2 high dollar addons, they removed the addons but the finance manager tries to recoop it all with 11%, he must think im a complete fool. I was 1 mile from dealership when FM called me. ready to pickup truck, well almost as I turned around, there finance manager calls me after my credit rating came back ************************************************** is 11% for 72 months. ******** standard for used vehicles with *************** score is 6-7-1/2%.Review from Alex S

I started financing a pre owned 2017 Kia ******* in February of 2022 , I had my vehicle for 22 days and realized that oil was burning through the engine . I brought the vehicle back to **** Thornton and they took the vehicle to the service at the Kia ********** right across the way , I didnt hear anything back about my vehicle until about 4 months after me dropping it off . I was put in MULTIPLE vehicles that had minor/ major things going on with the loner vehicles i was givin. Once I heard back from *********************** they also ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle and it came back with ***** things wrong with the vehicle but they said they couldnt do anything about it because that wasnt the issue i came in for , they said i shouldnt have anymore issues i took my vehicle back and within another 2-3 weeks the issue accrued again and i brought the vehicle back to ***********************. They sent the vehicle back to the Kia ********** across the way and **** service said that they messed up on something and didnt get my vehicle back for a month or two ,took my vehicle back even though i truly didnt want to because i knew that the issue was not fixed . then another 2-3 weeks went down the line and im in the same situation . They have my vehicle , Everytime i make a payment on the *** im not in the *** im in a loner i havent had MY CAR in my possession for more than 2-2 1/2 months since i stated financing . I feel as if the ********** has taken advantage of me because of my age and my sweetness , I just need a different vehicle, NO DEALERSHIP should be able to sale something off lot when there are issues that need to be worked on . It has been the worst experience i have ever had and I need help on getting into a new vehicleCustomer Response

also following me going after having my vehicle for 22 days when i went back to the dealership i went to the head manager before anyone about this issue and he stated that we cover anything before the first 30 days and he said he would handle this like a hair in a biscuit but yet this situation still hasnt been handled
