Dont go here for service especially if its under warranty.. Ive dropped my car off here for repairs and check engine light I was contacted that the car needed a battery Miss diagnosed dodge rebuilt the engine and called me for pick and check engine light was still on car started leaking oil after repairs and never got resolved also dodge told me to take my car to another shop and that warrant would cover cost which was all lie so bottom like is they have poor service and management over all I would not recommend bringing your car here they will accept and make the issue worst and tell you thats you have to pay out of pocket and its nothing they can do for you this dealership will take your car use up all your warranty and kick you to the curb

SERVICE MANAGER ******************* IS RUDE, OBNOXIOUS & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My *********** have been LOYAL CUSTOMERS at this location for 6 years, & even purchased one of our Jeep Wranglers at this very location. We own 2 Jeep Wranglers. Despite issues within the service department of inadequate poor quality service we have still remained LOYAL CUSTOMERS & continued to spend our ************ here only due to the amazing customer service we would ALWAYS receive from various employees. In the past due to the inadequate poor quality service we received last year with them holding my Jeep for 2 whole weeks w/ no updates, no calls, & constant unresolved issues.We then met the *********************** & the service manager *******************. ******************* personally gave me his business card & told me to ALWAYS ask for him whenever future problems arise w/ our Jeeps to ensure he is personally able to assist us in the future to provide a good service experience & to never hesitate & reach out to him. On July 7, 2022 I had my Jeep towed into the dealership. Chaz was very abrasive & his demeanor was ill-mannered. Chaz was very short with me, he cut me off while I was talking & was not listening to my concerns. When I was trying to ask him questions & trying to make sense of the issue that has been going on w/my Jeep. He sees another Jeep WRANGLER parked next to my Jeep & complimented that it was nice then asked if anyone was taking care of that "Jeep ****** *********** let him know that was my other Jeep.He turned around puzzled & asked ****** quote, "WHAT AM I DOING WITH 2 JEEPS?" That comment was rude & condescending & unprofessional. The whole ************************** continued to go downhill. I had to call my husband while he was on important conference calls due to the severity of the disrespect & belittling behavior Chaz treated me with. I've NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED & HANDLED UNPROFESSIONALLY THE WAY CHAZ TREATED ME. CUSTOMER SERVICE was unacceptable & I will not be returning ever again!

The buying experience was great. Tiger (*****) was very helpful and made the experience smooth. Getting my new vehicle service has been a nightmare. The button on the seat broke and I had a few paint spots that needed to be fixed a month after getting this brand new 2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee L. I have been given the run around for over two months.When I finally got the message that my parts were ready. I called the next day and I got the run around for 30 minutes and no one really knows when the paint guy is there. I am truly annoyed. I will not recommend anyone to this location for service.

Do not go for any repair service. Worst experience ever, very unprofessional repair service,rude employees.Got my car in for an regular oil change,they rolled my passenger window down didn't come back up ,wanted to charge me $817 to replace window regulator 😕.They put a pice of wood on my window to preventing falling into the door . Very rude and unprofessional staff
