Purchased a used ********************************************* April 2022 with 63k miles. My vehicle started having problems March 2023. Less than a year of having this car I needed an entire ENGINE replacement! I WAS IN SHOCK!! Luckily I had an extended warranty on it. Repairs cost $10k. It was fixed at a **** dealership 2-3 weeks and I was able to get my car back. Now, 4 months later my car started jerking while I was driving and I wasnt sure why since I just got an engine replacement. My car literally locked up on me while I was driving and almost got into an accident! Ive been without a car for almost 2 months since its been in the shop. Finally able to get it diagnosed and now the entire TRANSMISSION needs to be replaced and the ** compressor needs to be replaced which cost $7,300. Come to find out my warranty wont pay for the repairs since I was only given the amount of what my car was worth on my contract for the price for any future possible repairs. Now I have to come outta pocket $3,300 that I dont have!! I been taking 2 buses and a train to work for 2 months while still paying for the car and car insurance. The dealer sold me a LEMON. And knew it was a trash car when they put it on the lot. I believe they hid all the lights pertaining to my vehicle needing repairs just to make a sale. Im currently in contact with a lawyer on moving forward with the lemon law on this dealership. I will get Justice for being sold a vehicle that was in terrible condition. Ive been calling the dealership for days and no one will ever return my call. I tried working with the dealership but they are dishonest, rude, and will not take accountability for their wrong doings. I am suing them for pain and suffering!!
