Do yourself a favor and Do not buy a used vehicle from Cronic Chrysler Dodge ********.If you do make the same mistake of buying a Jeep from them like I did, DO NOT Buy the $2500 extended warranty It's a waste of money.*** rear Differential went out in Our 2020 Jeep at 65k Miles. *** Jeep is making a horrible sound and Cronic could care less they say they don't see or hear a issue to turn the radio up.Review from Jeremy H.

I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado on May 16. The engine light came on the day we drove it home. We took the truck back to Cronic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The truck has been in the service center since May 26 to replace the ooo pump. First I was told they were a "little backed up" then I was told they were "waiting on warranty" then I was told "waiting on the part" then I was told "we have the part, I'm looking at it (the part) but we're waiting on the warranty" then I was told "warranty is ready but we have to order the part". As of today June 28 the truck is still not repaired (oil pump replaced) o was told it is a "15 hour job"Review from Jeffrey S

Sold me a truck in the rain after the tires tried they were all dry rotted and they wouldn't replace of even pay for half the new tires 35k on a truck the 1k on tire two days later I've been a long time customer never again will I go hereReview from Regina H

Service department is horrible. I bought 3 trucks from them in April. Sales and finance were great. I had to put one of the trucks in shop May 18. I had already been assured that they had a great service department as well. That's why we chose to have the work done there. However, their service department is subpar. I have been told excuse after excuse and put off time and time again. Here it is June 21 and my truck still isn't ready. When I call I don't get answers just excuses. Definately would not recommend their service department to anyone.

Service Department has requested and received technical assistance from Stellantis Technical Department. A fix is in the works. The dealership is also working on trading the customer into a different vehicle. Wanda H*****, dealer
