I took my *** to Bulldog Kia in Athens with a fender liner loose. I was told that I needed a whole new part that needed to be ordered. This fender liner came loose as I was driving which was a concern since I did not hit anything or run over anything. They did a "patch" job, and I was told that would hold the liner in place until I ordered the part. I drove 8 miles home and when I got there the fender liner was hanging and hitting my back wheel. I called to speak to a manager because I was not happy that I was told it would be fine and safe to drive. A "manager" called me the next day and he was not only obnoxious but so rude. He basically called me a liar and said that I had run over something, and it was no fault that the "patch job" they did fell apart. The way I was treated and spoken to was nasty and condescending and when i asked the so-called manager if he would make sure that my car would be fixed properly, he said "I am a manager and I don't do the work. That is why I have techs". The tech advisor had also said something about waiving the labor fee and the so called "manager" said "I don't do nothing for free". Needless to say, my car did not go back, and I took my car to ******** in ****** where I have to say is amazing!!!!! They know the meaning of customer service and fixed my car "which didn't need that $100.00 part! Rude and shady is what Bulldog Kia is and it's a shame. I hope the owners of this establishment realize what kind of man they have working for them is a disgusting individual that apparently doesn't have any people/customer service skills.
