This has been the worst experience ever. My girlfriend purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave on November 5, 2021. Since then we had to take the car back to their car lot because the car wasnt driving right. They said it was the spark plugs and that they replaced them. We drove the car for a few days and started having issues again. We took it back again and they said they had to change a coil. When we got it back this time the check engine light came back on after 3 days. We decided to go to a trusted mechanic shop were we end up paying $ **** dollars in repairs. The 3 months she has had the car she has driven it for 1 month because of all the issues. We just find out that we were sold a car with a bad engine from Atl Auto trade. We gave them a $5000 down payment for a Lemon. This is a horrible situation because we have to pay a car note and the new engine and labor is over $7500. I would never purchase a car from them and would encourage everyone to stay away from this Car lot. Our hard earned money gone down the drain to a shady car lot.Review from Tiana P

So my husband purchased a car from this dealership ATL AUTO TRADER on ************** in ************** for our teenage daughter in Jan 2022. We went to get her tires balanced and rotated three weeks after the purchase only to find out that they cannot rotate the tires because all of the tires are 100% BAD! I mean ALL 4 tires! REALLY?! Of course we called and spoke to ********, the same guy we purchased the vehicle from and were told the tires will be 100% our responsibility! Even though were still under our three month warranty! His response...oh our mechanic mustve missed the tires! Were trusting our daughter in this vehicle and thats the excuse?! Your mechanic failed to do his job and now were out of an additional $800? I truly dislike b.s. service...especially when it includes my teenage daughter! This place CANNOT BE TRUSTED! Would you have put your daughter in this vehicle ********?
