Im giving a 1 because zero is not an option. I was provided an estimate of $1700 and three days work. When I called two days later to follow up, I was told the estimate is now $4000 and fourteen days. When I asked why, they told me they couldnt say and I would have to speak with my insurance company. When I told them I wanted my car back so I could take it elsewhere, they told me I would have to pay a restocking fee in excess of $1000. I assume the reason they didnt call me to tell me the estimates (money and time) had changed is so they could order parts and lock me into the restocking fee. The actual charge ended up being $5000, not $1700 and not $4000. And, they didnt replace one of the main parts, saying it was an after market part and they didnt know how to obtain a new one. In my opinion, they are deceitful and cannot be trusted.Classic Collision, LLC Response

The buford highway location is horrible! *********************, the front desk receptionist is Racist! She committed a hate crime against me. I went into the location to inquire about a repair update on my vehicle after two weeks of this shop having my vehicle with no updates. While attempting to call for updates I received no answer. ?Upon arrival, **** verbally assaulted me as well as threatened physical harm. During the interaction, she went to her vehicle multiple times which led me to believe she was going to retrieve a weapon. I left the property leaving my vehicle behind. I contacted the corporate office to file a complaint requiring a call back from the regional manager. I have not received a call back. This event happened over a week ago. I went to pick up my vehicle and the repairs were horrific! Do not trust this company! They allow racist individuals to work for them. They also allow their employees to attack customers and to commit hate crimes toward customers. While going to pick up my car ********************* made sure to come out to show me why she was so comfortable doing this. She smiled, glared, made ticking noises, walked past me, in front of me, and back to her vehicle once again. My repairs were horrible as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am having to find another shop to properly repair my vehicle. I would like to file a formal complaint against *********************. I asked for a call back from the regional manager and got no response. This has led me to believe all upper management supports this kind of behavior from their employees.Classic Collision, LLC Response

Did a repair to rear bumper- they did not straighten the rear bumper support and put new bumper on bent support which caused the trunk lid to overlap bumper and the convertible top started rubbing the bent support after their repair. They approved a repair to the roof ( $600) which I paid to an outside contractor who the manager spoke to. When I presented them with the bill, they refused to pay and would not return calls or e mails. As well, they overcharged me at the time of pickup- said it would take a month to get a check- Ridiculous!!Review from Leslie H

I took my vehicle to Classic ******** ****** for repairs via my insurance, USAA. I am a member because my father is a ******* Veteran, Airborn Paratrooper, Gulf War Vet, and National Guardsman who served his country honorably; how awful that Classic Collision ****** ( Address: *************************************************** stole my money this week as my Father lay dying. My truck remains unfixed, and they refuse to return my money. I was so distracted with his hospice stay and staying close as he died that I paid them before the work was completed correctly. They lied throughout the process with excuses about **** being new and not having enough techs at work. Companies do not care about you, only their bottom line. They kept my money because I refused to let them mess up my Truck a 4tth time. ****** LearnedReview from George L

They got themselves onto the state farm preferred body shop list. It is a very low bar and state farm insist that it's not referral but just in that area and they have worked in the past. After two months of scheduling this estimate and repair they were supposed to have Enterprise Who State Farm works with as well as the local Classic seems to have a very close relationship with the one on State Road seven in Hollywood because after they could not comply with my reservation for 8 AM they took me over two another city Hollywood and apparently the reservation I made confirming the night before Did not have enough cars and after three hours of waiting and losing time off from work Enterprise said I was not being respectful of their employees and the manager kept ducking into the office deal tells me to get into the van and then I have finally got my reservation filled as they did not have any cars and takes me back to Classic where they proceed to cancel my confirmed state farm assignmentReview from Michael R

I'd give 0 stars if I could due to the unprofessionalism and abhorrent customer service provided by this location. My car was stolen and after two days of coordinating with this location regarding repair, I was told by ******* that my vehicle was physically present at the shop and that I could come by to do the authorization forms and retrieve my personal belongings. My car was not physically present at the shop at all and I had to request time off work to accomplish nothing. The next day I'm notified of the vehicle finally being delivered to the shop and ******, a customer service representative at this location, reached out to let me know they had not received keys for the vehicle. I had brought the keys with me the day prior and no one asked for them.My request for a potential concession on pricing due to the miscommunication on their part seemed to upset ******, who was now speaking about a social media trend that taught people how to steal vehicles like my own. I let him know that I was aware of this issue and stated that a lack of personal responsibility and repercussion allowed these kids to feel as though they could do anything, including steal cars.****** offered to fight me for expressing frustration at the individuals who stole my car. He then refused to service my vehicle and I need to find a new shop to have the vehicle brought to after coordinating with this shop for 2 days. Is it even legal for them to refuse service for no reason like this?Review from Sandra d

My insurance company uses this company for auto repair. They gave me two choices and I chose this one because it was close, the other was far away. I dropped off my car on 6/7/23. On 6/13/23 they gave me an estimate. On 6/19/23 they called to tell me that when they unmasked the car (they masked it for painting), they peeled off a "hand-sized" bit of paint from the hood of my car. They offered to repaint the hood for $600 which they said was the cost of labor and they wouldn't charge me for materials. I declined. I called my claims agent and she called Classic Collision. They then offered to subtract $200 from my deductible. I thought they should repaint the hood since they were the ones who damaged it, but they said (and my agent agreed) that given the age of the car, they didn't think they had to. But they were willing to waive my $250 deductible altogether. I reluctantly agreed, and picked up my car on the 21st. There was far more damage than they admitted, plus they drove my car 50 miles (their own photos show the miles when I drove in and again when they were finished). I wish I had read the BBB reviews before I agreed to let them touch my classic car! Never again. ps I gave them one star because BBB insists on a star rating. In fact it should be zero stars.Review from Richard P

These folks are a preferred supplier for my insurance company and they were close by. Had an appointment Monday for the estimate. Here it is Friday and still no estimate after a week of excuses. After reading the feedback here there is no chance these idiots are repairing my car. You have been warnedReview from Beth B

I would rate zero stars if I could. I dropped my **************************************************** ********, ********, for simple repairs on the back bumper and lift gate. That Friday, I was informed to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, they had no idea where it was!! Turns out, it was STOLEN off their lot. On one side of the street is the office and repair bays, and on the other side is the holding lot and detailing bays. Outdated surveillance videos show that someone was dropped off, walked onto the lot through an OPEN gate, accessed my keys from a box on the OUTSIDE of the detailing building, got in my car and drove off the lot. They had no idea my vehicle was stolen (stolen at 1:47pm, I went to pick up close to 4pm) for TWO HOURS! I still have yet to receive any contact from corporate despite being assured it was escalated to management. I've tried reaching through ***************** etc. Going on three weeks and no contact.Classic Collision, LLC Response

After leaving my vehicle Nov 2022, I realized a few days later that I left the gas card in my center closed console. when I returned to pickup Nov 30th and pay for the service, I immediately went to my car to check and noticed the gas card was missing. I went to the representative to inform her while we were still working through the ****************** issue (they said Classic Collision accepts that pmt, Classic said they didn't). I ended up having to pay with my MC. Dec 27th I received an email from ****** at Classic Collision stating **** would replace the $25 giftcard and she wanted to confirm my home address. They would also refund the $17.50 (3.5% credit card surcharge) for my troubles. Needless to say I never received either. I responded to the email the same day, but had to send follow-up emails Jan 31st and Feb 23rd, because neither ****** or **** acknowledged or sent what ****** promised in the email. This is HORRIBLE customer service and bad business for that situation to happen and to not honor what you said you'd do. I'm not asking for more than you said you would send.
