I'm sure this law firm has licensed attorneys but their character and ethics are in the trash can. I retained this law firm to represent me in a serious lawsuit against a high profile Bank (Truist). I had this Bank by the *****, I did 10 months of investigating and collecting evidence. There was no way this Bank was going to get off. But, my good talking attorney with all his so called accolades, is a *****. He sabotaged my case. I suspect, in collusion with the opposing part. Attorney ************************* was given specific, damning evidence against this Bank. Yet he purposely omitted, submitting this evidence to the courts and, in an inexcusable act of stupidity or intentional recklessness, he neither responded to a timely filed motion nor did he request a continuance to file a response to said motion. To further identify this attorneys deceitful actions: He emailed me a drafted affidavit, on my behalf, to have me sign and rush back to him. What I later discovered, that was deceptive about this affidavit and its attached exhibits, is that there was only cover pages for the exhibits, no actual exhibit was attached in the body of the affidavit. This was done in a successful attempt, to not let me see the incomplete evidence he was submitting to the court. Had I seen the incomplete evidence he was submitting, he new I would've questioned the submittal of the affidavit and in fact, stopped it from being filed in opposition to the defenses motion for Summary Judgment. This individual and the law firm he's attached to, should not be allowed to practice law anymore. Now I fully understand why he wouldn't return phone calls, emails and text messages. He (attorney *******) never would elaborate or discuss the validity and merit of my evidence against ******. For any individuals who are actively involved with this law firm, pull out and seek representation elsewhere.
