I would give zero stars but i am going to file a complaint legally, observing no fault clause in which they CANNOT collect anything. *** the case manager, already stated my case would be low, over the phone which was recorded by their QA anyways. I got treated like i was being a pest. She accused me of calling five times a day. On Monday, I did phone a few times, but one was a **** dial, as they call it. That being said, they don't return phone calls until she acused me of calling them too many times. *** asked me what I wanted THEM To do for me. You're the attorney or legal aide, for which I hired???!!! talk to the other side, and do your dang job. I Never signed any contract with them, they only sent rules as to what to expect with their case. I got hit on 11/30/2023, so it's only been 2 months into my case. I fired them Yesterday, relieving them of any civic duty in reference to my case, and am about to pursue this on my own. A huge corporation hit me and my van, while they ran a stop sign. And admitted to the cop on the phone that he was distracted/on his phone. I need help!!! from an attorney that knows what he or she is doing. I'm still going through medical issues from this accident. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! the only thing neat, was the introduction video, however, i should have taken this as a red flag. Done done and done and don't even try to say they can take 1% of my case, you're in Georgia, and I'm in ****. It's a crying shame that i had to search for an attorney OUT OF STATE, to begin with!!!

Terrible firm. I was the one that was hit and injured by a driver from behind. Everyone else received some type of payment but me. I just received a bill for over 3k. Not to mention I'm currently being sued by the hospital attorneys even though my insurance company BCBS paid for the emergency room visit. I wish I could give them "0" stars. Not to mention its been well over a year and a half without any resolution. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FIRM!!!!!

Horrible firm they do not care about their clients. Do not return calls. They do not attempt to be fair. They are slow handling your case. They take all the money and leave you with bills and pain.

There Horrible!!!!! No phone calls back !! Can't get ahold of your Team member NEVER SHE DOES NOT GET BACK TO YOU !! I AM STILL WITH THEM BUT GETTKNG READY TO FIRE THEM . WAITING AND WAITING *** LEFT MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE , TO NO AVAIL , NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL ....YOUR FIRED!!!

I had two potential lawsuits and contacted Monge & Associates. They wouldn't take either lawsuit. Maybe they should State what type of lawsuits they take in their advertisement so people don't waste their time calling someone who's not interested in a lawsuit. I guess they're time isn't important.

I used this company is the past and didnt have a great experience but it wasnt bad so of course I tried to give them a second shot but they are nasty rude and condescending I have legit questions they get mad when you ask questions they just want you to sign paper work and let them do the work even if its not to your liking I dont find that ethical at all if I have questions I should be able to ask them without being treated like c*** for wanting knowledge about my case ! I highly do not recommend this company

Working With Monge and Associates was one of the best decisions I've made in the last 3 years. The team is highly knowledgeable. Communication was very professional and timely. They stopped at nothing to find the driver that left the scene and insurance company responsible for damages. My case manager ****************** Was AMAZING. This law firm changed my opinion on accident attorneys all around. ******************

Had my case for 3 years! God help me, because when they contacted me I thought they wanted to help me and not hinder and try to botch my open and shut case. It's terrible and I later read other reviews that this is a common practice for this law firm.

Hello, I choose this law firm thinking they were about the client and not money, but I was wrong! Choosing them to represent me was a HUGE MISTAKE, my car accident happened almost a year ago for 6 months I have been trying to get ahold of my attorney that was appointed to me, just last week I tried calling once again to see if I could get ahold of anyone to talk to just for updates and come to find out the attorney that was appointed to my case is longer with the firm, I was not notified that someone else took over my case what so ever! I lost my business, home,, car etc.. they had no sympathy for any of it! All I am getting is apologies, well that doesn't make up for loosing everything I worked so hard for! If you have been in an accident please DONT CHOOSE THIS LAW FIRM!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM! this is the worse experience I have ever had! They don't even deserve one star!!

I just dont understand why would the firm end up with more money than you and you are the injured party left with back pain everyday of your life.....????
