As an invitee in your home your claims of harassment are nonsensical, particularly in light of the treatment extolled upon ************** and your interference with his work performance during this service call. A ************ Group has no tolerance for acts of hate, aggression, or discrimination in any form (based on perceived *************** creed, disability, medical condition, marital status, *** or otherwise) within our workplace.
Due to the hostile environment created in your home, the local authorities were alerted. We will work with them to handle this matter as appropriate. We will not return to service the appliance or complete any services at your residence in the future. We encourage you to reach out to another company for ***********.
