This is a review for West 22 Address: ****************************************PSA: No Credit checks, no income verification & no guarantor needed. They ask for it, but its not a requirement for a lease to be signed. Not sure if its legal or not. FYI

My daughter rents an ************** with four other friends. We pay over $4200 a month for rent. First we dealt with maggots, now we are dealing with cockroaches. The carpet is ridiculous. It's way past due for replacement. Somebody please help!! I guess we need to call the health department. This is crazy!!

I am not a student but I am a parent of a student who lives at West 22 I thought this would be a safer option for my daughter because she is attending ******** **************** the apartments are right around the corner from the college and they have access to the bus to and from ************** and boy was I wrong this was the worst mistake I ever made in my life was to let her live their I know housing is less expensive than other apartments around but if you care anything about your childs well-being and safety as a parent please do not consider West 22 my daughter and other roommates in the apartment are having issues with one young lady that lives there they have had to call the police several times the girl has followed my daughter to her car and threatened her West 22 management does nothing about it its considered he say she say but when you have multiple roommates and police reports and you still do nothing thats concerning to me because you just look at these kids as a money sign to fill your apartments its sad that you pay rent and youre confined to your bedroom because you do not feel safe coming out into other parts of the apartment and when it is brought to their attention again they do nothing about it and I was told they have to go off a police report and because it hadnt got physical they cannot do anything about it what about trying to separate them but then I was told there was no empty rooms to move my daughter to but management would have a mediation to sit down with the young ladies and have a talk with them all together they made appointments and there always seems to be an issue management didnt show up, one of the girls didnt show up, its always something because they dont care or they dont take it seriously that is sad that were living in a world today where it has to get physical before anything can or will be done about I could understand if they were bickering about who ate my food or drink my sodas but these are being thre
