08/25/2023 There is a major cockroach infestation in the unit. While walking the unit observed over 10 live cockroaches (adult and baby) crawling on living room walls and present in the kitchen.The apartment is not ready for turn/turnkey, it's full of spider webbing, dead insects observed, toilet with **** There is a mold outbreak in the bedroom and bedroom closet on the lower bases of the wall Black Mold also present in linen closet on shelving Dust and mold present around surface area of bathroom vent.Rack repair not completed in bathroom - patching missing. Outlet on wall in living room is burnt and needs to be replaced (Kitchen back wall)Flooring in the kitchen needs to be sealed at ends (Vinyl lifting) - specific to laundry/kitchen and HVAC/kitchen joining Shelving in the laundry room needs to be repaired - bracket completely out of wall. 08/26/2023 I walked the apartment today and noticed a few things that need to be addressed immediately. I believe I have found the cause of the localized infestation in the apartment. Upon moving the stove and fridge for cleaning I observed multiple German ***** eggs and lava. I also found that the faucet trip in the shower is broken and getting ready to come out of the wall. Additionally, the value has a huge leak that is gushing water that could potentially be going into the walls causing ************* as mentioned above. I found an additional outlet that seems to be burnt on the long wall in the living room. I have videos of finding that I can share.Property Management dropped the ball on having my unit ready in time, Refused to accommodate me according to agreement, and unit given was in **** poor condition as mentioned.Pictures available upon request
