The Greens at Cascade is the unfortunate place I have had to call home for the past 12 months. It has been nothing but h*** here. From the moment we moved into our apartment complex there have been issues. When we first moved in, so much in our apartment was broken. Only after a month of living here we found out that our AC unit was broke and needed a new one. Once getting it replaced our AC unit was stolen and we were left without AC in the middle of summer. Upon receiving a new unit it got stolen again. This neighborhood is crime-ridden and constantly has the police in and out of here. Even though I see the police constantly I don't ever see things getting better. I have complained multiple times about the mailboxs being broken. They are constantly left open and mail falling all over the ground. Anybody can easily go into my mailbox and steal my belongings/ personal information. The front office claims that the **** has to fix them and it's not their issue. Which doesn't make any sense to me.Another major ON GOING, issue we have is our dumpster. It is constantly overflowing with trash. Piles and piles of trash bags everywhere. It is a big safety and health issue for the whole community. This could easily attract rodents and other pests that we do not want in our homes. But the complex seems to not care because it has happened so many times. Another major issue is the pool. We have a pool and a tennis court in our community but neither of them are able to be used. The pool has been broken all year and the court has no net provided. It is ridiculous that we have to pay for these amenities that we cannot even use. I could go on and on about this horrible place. But I will save my breath. I just would like to see something done about this. I have multiple photos and evidence to prove my claims. And if you don't believe me you can ask literally anybody in this complex and they will tell you the same thing. Please do something about this!!!!
