      I applied and was approved for an what was told to me an available unit back in April 2024. Here it is June 2024 still have yet to move in. Spoke with several leasing agents with the same story that the unit is not ready and someone will call me. No call back and now I get no answer when I call. Several emails sent and again response is someone will call. At this point I feel like I have been scammed out of money. This also make me feel very uneasy about even getting a unit at this point. The lease agent tells me the application fee and administrative fee which is over $300 is nonrefundable.

      I am truly disappointed in this complex right now, I used to LOVE living here and now I want to move because of the biggest inconvenience I am dealing with right now while on vacation for the holidays back home in ************. It's almost like they waited until I went on vacation to tow my car from the apartment complex. Because my car was sitting in the same spot for 3 months over the summer and NEVER had an issue and the moment I go on vacation my car gets towed for "expired tags". Thankfully I have someone staying at my apartment while I am gone or I would have NEVER knew my car was towed until I came back in January. When I called to ask the lady about my car she said yes your car was towed because of "expired tags" I explained my tags aren't expired they are sitting in my car. I asked her if they were going to cover my fees since they told my car without notification she said no ma'am we wont be paying the fees because we notified you. She simply kept repeating herself, saying we tagged your car and gave your 48 hours to call us and I asked when.. she said Wednesdays literally the day AFTER I left. She said the person staying at your apartment should have seen it, it was a bright yellow tag on the driver side, I told her she would not have seen it as her car is on the right side of mine and the only way she would have seen it is if she was driving my car. She said again, we gave you 48 hours to call us, I said I am calling now because I just FOUND OUT at 3:18 (MT time) which is 5:18 (Est) but I am too late all she said was yes ma'am. I asked her why didn't anyone notify me or send out a notification.. she said we don't know whose car is whose. BUT they can send out notifications about RENT and RENT is important to pay and pictures of peoples property on the side of the curb but can't send an EMAIL notifying people about their CARS being towed?!

      This community has the potential to be so much better than what is.. I am truly disappointed with Creekside ********************************************* My home was left unlocked today by maintenance during the routine fire inspection. The place where I sleep! Where I have my personal belongings my place of peace. It has been anything but peaceful. My neighbors constantly fight and play loud music daily oh lets not forget the shootings the occurred below me while I was sleep. The $50 valet trash fee, only to be charged an additional $50 for the dumpsters We have constant car break-ins. Management doesnt seem to care one bit! I was forced to buy an expensive alarm and camera system and I still dont feel safe. *** called the regional manager several times with no response I feel my door was left open on purpose honestly. This company has a fiduciary duty to to keep the residents homes safe. Theyve gone inside my unit multiple times unannounced with claims that they didnt when I have a alarm so I know for a fact they did. My apartment is beautiful but the constant lack of management and professionalism overshadows that. I do not feel safe or valued as a resident.I will not be renewing my lease

      Horrible management and no customer service. They will be great to get you in but once you're in it's the worst experience. They sent an email recently that I should pick up my mailbox keys. I was puzzled as to why I'm getting new keys so I went to the office. When I got there they said that had to replace the locks on my mailbox because it was open, no lock and they're charging me the fee. I asked why am I being charged. They said they sent out a communication on their portal that if there is anything wrong with your mailbox visit the office and I didn't so they replace it and I'll be charged. First off, my listed contact are my email and phone number. If I had known that my mailbox was open I would have immediately visited the office. Why am I being charged for someone else's vandalism? They lady wouldn't budge of listen to reasoning. Her end result was final 'I still be charge' I've had car stolen from this apartment. Mites eating out the wood on the patio, garbage issues, reports after reports about sink leakage in the bathroom and I've never taken to the internet. But now, enough is enough and it ain't even about the $10. It's how they came at me about the situation at hand.
