im filing this complaint on my apartment complex becuase since me and my roomate have giving a deposit on this apartment we have been having issue with our front office. From moving us into a ***** infested apartment having to spend over 200 dollar out our own pocket and not getting reimbursed on pest control spray and still getting charged an pest fee. To an unfinished apartment with dry wood in the kitchen and bathrooms area. They had to work on our apartment everyday for the first month while we lived here because they lied about having the apartment ready after giving them two more weeks to fix it pushing our move in date back. It took them 6 month to fix our mold issue after complaining about headaches. i brought a mold kit and tested our apartment which came back with mold. We threating to file a claim with our renter insurance then is when they wanted to come and remove the mold. Now our most recent issue we are having that we need your help with is with our electricty. Now for four weeks now we have been dealing with power outage, heat outage, and our power box smoking and sparking. Now none of the miantance man know why our box and power keep having these issues but they keep trying to patch it up and our power keep going out. Now 01/24/2022 i spoke with the office manager about my concern of having an electric fire and the concern of the maintance man not know whats going on with fixing our power and could she send an electrician to our apartment.she told me she would a week went by and no electrician so i called back asked again about getting an electrician. she told me she wasnt getting an electrician down here because we wasnt having any issues at the time with our power. when it happens again then will she send some even though this have been the four time it have happen in a month time frame. since the new year every week we have had an outage with our power. Im tired of being mistreat and put in ***** way because they dont want to do their job.
