We found via our records that your subscription was created on 09/25/23, with the email address ******************* Each new subscription provides a free trial, which is 7 lookups, or 7 days, whichever comes first. Each subscriber receives a Thanks for Signing Up email as soon as they register. It provides the parameters of the free trial, your subscription, and welcomes our users to contact our team with any questions. The email was sent on 9/25/24 as well.After the 7 days were completed, the subscription was activated, and billing started on 10/2/23. We canceled the subscription per your email request on 2/6/24. We also fielded a reply email from the Thanks for Signing Up correspondence sent on 9/23/24. The reply came from you on 3/4/24. It was a request to refund your account, which we provided. There is not a phone number listed in your profile, so we cannot track any calls that you made.
