My experience with this place has been horrible. After being a paying client for a year, this business started up-selling and overcharging me for services I did not agree to and failed to be transparent with me about what costs I would have to cover with a puppy at this clinic. Yesterday, I took my puppy in for his last round of vaccines, and the owner, who treated my dog, refused to prescribe a year supply of heart worm and flea preventative unless I paid for a fourth exam!! For the vaccines my puppy had to have, I paid for a total of three exams and three sets of vaccines, and the vet made me buy a $40 single dose of heart worm and flea preventative. To make matters worse, the owner accused me of mistreating her staff when all I did was ask about what I was paying for to the vet tech who brought my dog inside the clinic. I never mistreated anyone in this clinic. It's not nice to accuse a paying client of abusing the staff when no such thing ever happened on the client's end and it's not nice when a vet assumes every client they see is made of money like this vet did. I will make sure all of my friends, family and people in my network know about my experience with this unprofessional place.
