This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of using. They have horrible customer service. They don't answer the phone during business hours. They don't return messages. They don't show up to appointments on time. Their communication is horrid. When I was finally able to talk with a woman she was very nasty and rude.Through my home warranty company, they replaced my air handler. It had the same issue less than 10 hours later. I called and left messages, but I never got a response. I have had to deal with this company through my home warranty on a few separate occasions and neither have been pleasant. They obviously don't care about customers that are referred to them through their home warranty seeing that other home warranty customers have experienced similar issues. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I will ask my home warranty to stop referring for hvac issues. I don't understand how they have an A+ rating with 1.87 of 5 stars. That doesn't add up. I just ask that they really reevaluate their company and the people dealing with customers. The customer service and communication could be much better, especially if the work is not good. They only get one star because it's required. I wouldn't even give them a half star.
