BBB® is launching BBB Learning, a new, on-demand learning platform powered by MindEdge (a BBB Accredited Business in Waltham, Massachusetts), available now.
With a custom course on trust and ethics, BBB Learning gives businesses the tools they need to advance their skills, while keeping ethical business practices top of mind. Organizations that embed learning in their cultures are more likely to have long-term success and growth.
The Building Trusted Businesses course is rooted in BBB’s mission to advance trust in the marketplace. It uses practical advice from subject matter experts and real-world scenarios that illustrate common ethical dilemmas that might occur in business. Topics include establishing trust within one's business and community, avoiding marketplace risk, and business reputation management. Comprehension is tested in a learner-friendly way through the application of scenarios and reflection questions.
Other featured courses are in leadership, finance, revenue and public speaking. Those interested in diversity and inclusion will find a selection of courses such as “Leadership for Women in Business.” Technology, small business management and human resources are also represented.
Business leaders can also receive continuing education credits for industry recertifications by completing these courses.
