Windows USA, at the time of purchase, was necessary to optimize weatherization of our home, lower energy bills and increase aesthetic appeal . Also, having lived in Germany several years and appreciating the superior workmanship of their windows created a longing for windows we could easily access for cleaning. Now, many years later it was time to test the life-time warranty. Having received the completed Warranty Form and requested photos of each window, Cody @ Windows USA called to arrange the appointment. There were six windows requiring replacement. On the day of installment, Doug came and finished the job in about 45 minutes. He was efficient, professional, and took away all wrappings that might not have been suitable for recycling. The stellar customer service is in contrast to customer indifference/neglect we've come to experience from so many companies. I Had a Good experience with the salesman, He was kind, and explained and showed me the windows. He was compassionate to the fact that I was a widow & worked two jobs. He called & got the price down so I could get some of the windows that Really needed replaced. Then on Saturday 7/27/2024, the crew ANDY, ALEX, & BEN came And put the windows In. These men were kind Passionate, hardworking guys. Even in the Rain. BEN even took his shoes off before coming through the house. Until I told him he was fine. They put everything back & Cleaned everything Up. I’m Pleased at the work these men did & worked together to get a job well done. I had an appointment on March 12 at 11am. They never showed. Called me 1.5 hours later. I rearranged my schedule to 1:30pm. After the demonstration, I thought about purchasing and started a credit card application. After the rep call his supervisor who was rude, I cancelled my order. I told the rep to cancel my order. Two days later, the company opened a credit card in my name. Which was odd after they told me they needed all three credit bureaus access (my credi is frozen). I unfroze 2 of them before cancelling. I cancel the card as well. Now, I'm unable to remove the account from my credit. Lastly, a high level manager stated he would mail me a check and call me back regarding my complaint. I was disappointed that my No wasn't enough to stop the rep or company from running my credit. I need that line of credit removed from all three bureaus. Windows USA® has advised Ms. B**** that we have addressed her concerns with our contracted sales representative and taken corrective action. Unfortunately, with the signed credit applications that were obtained and submitted to the finance companies during the sales presentation in her home, there is nothing further Windows USA can do regarding her credit situation. Windows USA communicated to Ms. B**** that she has the option to dispute the credit inquiries on her credit report utilizing the websites for Experian, Transunion, and Equifax. We met with a salesperson who told us that we had a "great" deal on our windows but later learned that several other people referred got a much lower price for way more windows than we did. We were not aware that we were being "swindled" to think that the lowest deal was being offered at the time and that we needed to negotiate to get a fair price. In fact, prior to finding this out we were happy to refer others so much so that our person called me almost every week promising more and more checks. We received them at first then no checks but lots of text saying, "the check is in the mail" It is now mid January and checks that were supposed to be received have not been received and I have the screenshots of the communication to share. I bought windows for my home and my daughter home. The Sales Agent, Craig ****** charged me a total of $ 28,000, but wanted to charge my neighbor $12,000, and told not to tell me what he was going to charge them. I've called several times requesting an explanation regarding the cost of the windows. I spoke with China, Cody ***, Nicole, Dawn, and I was told that the electrical equipment was not working. I had a consultation on 10/13/2023 to receive a quote for the installation of 12 window in my home. The salesman was nice but his first quote was $22,000, I knew this quote was VERY inflated. When I told him several times I wanted to think about it and I had to return to work, he got the quote down to $12,000. I told him I would not make my decision right then, but the salesman then called his supervisor on the phone. When I spoke with the supervisor and also telling him I would not make a decision right then, the supervisor tone became bullish and pressuring. The supervisor said, the salesman had come a long way and he had to feed his family, and they would leave me with what I had. On Windows USA site, I see a see a BBB Torch Awards for Ethics Winner, this can't be true! During my consultation with Windows USA I felt because I was a female, they could pressure me and speak to me in a bullish manner.Windows USA LLC Response

This is our 2nd time we purchased these windows for our new home since we loved the windows from our last home. However the guy that was sent to install the windows did a horrible caulk job on the inside and outside of the windows. It was very disappointing. But Windows USA made it right and sent Travis out who did an AMAZING job and fixed all the outside caulking. I didn’t want to mess with the inside bc we had just had our house professionally painted before the windows were installed and I didn’t want it to get messed up. I have blinds hanging to hide the caulk jobs on the inside. I wished Travis was our original installer, as we wouldn’t have had any complaints whatsoever. Travis is young but I can guarantee that his work is 100 times better than the other windows guy work. He was very professional and apologetic for the previous job that was done even though it was not him that did it. If we ever have any future issues we will request Travis to come out as we know it will be fixed right. Travis should be named your top installer and repair guy. I am very impressed with my windows. The crew they sent out was only a two man crew. They were professional, but approachable. Ethan and his crew member did the work as fast as a team of four would. They did amazing and my house looks so much nicer. They cleaned as they went and put everything back in its place. Windows USA is blessed to have Ethan and his crew member. My overall experience with USA has been wonderful. From the sales man, Ms. Shanna , and Ms Stephanie. The whole process from ordering to installing only took about 3 weeks. The guys showed up and installed 10 windows and capped them off all in one day. I am truly happy with their work. Even when it started raining, they still continued to work until the job was finished. I call that great workmanship. They didn’t take short cuts. They did the job right. If I have to have anymore work done later, I will definitely as for Ethan and his crew.Windows USA LLC Response
