Original installation went smoothly panels have been on for a few months now but our electric bills have not went down like they said they would basically we are paying double electric bills right now and have been trying to reach them to resolve this and can not reach anyone or get a call back

We have been very satisfied with Shine Solar company. Totally recommend this company if you are looking for solar and HVAC. The installation was done professionally throughout both of our installments. Our salesman answered all our questions concerning both installments. He was very detailed in the process and when we had questions, he answered promptly. We never felt pressured into our purchase. HVAC team was prompt, professional and very patient with our questions. Our house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Solar team did an excellent job setting up our solar. We were kept informed through the entire process. Shine solar did a good job for me. The installation team did an awesome job. The panels produce pretty much what was promised. Unfortunately, Entergy of Arkansas did hit me with a $200 administrative net metering fee on this months bill. I’m anxious to see what my next months bill will be? I don’t believe having solar will reduce my bill that much. Unfortunately, Entergy charges an arm and a leg for energy rates to get power to your house. The actual kilowattage usage isn’t that much of your bill. I’m hoping by getting solar I can help lock in my utility bills for the future. Only time will tellShine Solar, LLC Response

Shine Solar kept everything on track and made sure we knew where they were in the process for getting the installation planned, installed, and activated. The installation was done with professionalism and all areas were cleaned of any debris caused by the installation. All was set for the inspections and they went well. The system was activated and immediately started showing the generation of power back to our utility company. We have received our first bill and our cost is over half what we paid the previous month. Thank you Shine Solar for you support through this whole process and in making sure through proper planning we have installed what our household needs to make a difference in our electrical costs.Shine Solar, LLC Response
