Installed a new roof on my house in 2011 and now we have multiple leaks all throughout the house due to the wrong lining under the shingles. Now I need the roof replaced again. 🤬

We have received your BBB review and understand your are not satisfied with your roof from 2011. Its been over a decade since we roofed your home, and over that time period we have not received any phone calls or emails of any problems you were having with your roof. A decade is a long time to come back and say something was done wrong and you are now having problems. We have had several big storms during this time period, that can or could have caused damage to your roof to cause it to leak or have a problem. The type of lining used on your roof would not cause your roof to leak. I have been roofing all of my life, and have been in business going on 15 years and have used the same Tamko synthetic underlayment on all of my roofs and have never had someone come back and tell me the lining was incorrect and made their roof leak. There are other factors that could cause a roof leak, bad decking is one and if I remember correctly your roof needed a redeck that you did not want to pay to do. I would gladly, like to set up a time to come take a look at your roof, I know with this past major hail storm there are many homeowners calling with hail damage to their roof, and since it has been 11 years since we have done your roof there is a good chance you may have some kind of storm damage. I would be more than happy to come give you a free estimate for your roof and see what could be going on. If any of our customers are ever unhappy with their roof, or are having any issues I always try to do what I can to make it right, or come see what could be wrong to try and fix any issues that are going on. I do feel your review is unfair, considering we have not heard from you for 11 years until now, and want to blame lining on a leak you have. You may have storm damage, your deck may need looked at, it could be something else but I cant determine that until It has been looked at. I have not been given a chance to fix or look at anything.
