              My name and info was given out by office management for solicitation, which is against state law. It was also given out to another tenant. Why? What were they trying to accomplish by giving my name & number out to another tenant? Gossip and slandering tenants is a big problem. Also, there is a high turnover rate w apartment management. This apt complex is very new and they've had six or seven managers. The new Manager recently tried to come in my apt w/o giving a 24 hr notice. Th manager was a complete bully. I did not let him in. I have suffered abuse from Mgt here. I turned it over to the Attorney Generals office. The attorney said the Apt manager's actions were illegal. I was advised to get an attorney. Belmont Mgr knows that their tenants can't afford to hire an attorney. Also management (( the very first manager ) was not interested in getting a citizens crime watch here. Why? It's obvious they don't like their tenants too smart and they certainly don't want you to know the law or your rights. From CL
