This company has gone to the worst plumbing contractor on the planet in a matter of a couple of years. Rude, unprofessional, and unqualified personnel. Uncaring ownership and management. Quotes are ridiculous! No breakouts! Unbelievably expensive. The have caused more damage than they repaired in two of my homes and just make excuses for their substandard work. If you are lucky to have Clayton then you are in good hands. I'm satisfied with my plumbing services. Clayton did an AMAZING job installing user friendly devices and teaching me about my new unit. He was professional, on time, and very kind. I also got a quote for HVAC and Jayden was very respectful and knowledgeable about HVAC. I've picked them to be my service provider if anything goes wrong.Review from Leisa P

Contacted ******* Plumbing about a leak. They had completed a repair in 2018. We had to cut off the water due to the leak. They came out and said we needed a leak detection company (which is a service that they advertise that they do.). They referred me to Aqua Tech and said they would come out and do the repair after he marked the area. Aqua Tech came out two days later and marked an area as the leak. Aqua Tech said that they would come back if it was not the area but to just have Cody the technician that referred us to him to call. I called Sanders but they could not come out for another five days. When they came out, they dug up the area and said there was no leak so have Aqua Tech come out. I called Aqua Tech but they won't return my calls. I am going on nine days without water and no assistance from Sanders or Aqua Tech. Another company said that they don't think Aqua Tech did a leak test because they left the water heaters on and other devises that would have inteferred with a helium leak detection test. Sanders Plumbing and Aqua Tech charged a large some of money for no results.
