Senior Care USA calls me every morning and hangs up on me finally somebody answers the phone and claims they're with WellCare except they're not and I'm on a Do Not Call list. I was told Brad T***** will call me I am about to get legal representation to file against your company if you do not quit calling me. Worst business practices ever I would never do business with your company nor would I recommend anybody to do business with your company! quit calling me!Review from Darin B

THEY LIE, AND DON'T EXPECT RESPONSIBILITY TO A BINDING CONTRACT THAT "YOU!", AGREE TO. I received a phone call from Anne Swain with Senior Care USA offering me a medical plan that was better for me. After a 2 hour long recorded conversation... Anne assured me I could continue seeing my current medical providers. (Keep In mind I explained to her I have 4 major medical concerns going on between cardiologist neurologist orthopedic surgeons and physical therapy including my primary care doctor we're all in the same network. She said yep you can continue seeing them in fact you can go anywhere. I quote anywhere with this program!!! I stated sounds too good to be true. She said I assure you it is not stay on the line. I'm trying to get you the best medical for you?? Since February 2nd, When the plan went into effect all of my doctors including my primary care called me and told me they can no longer see me? They do not accept the Insurance I was put under by Senior Care USA. After multiple missed doctor's appointments and having to call senior care USA every time I needed approval for a doctor's appointment I was told they DID NOT accept the insurance I was sold by Senior Care USA. I asked to talk to a manager when I was called back. The owner's brother Matt Turner (MANAGER..) called me & told me he was going to resolve this for me. He also was going to call ALL of my doctors and override approval so my Dr would treat me (THAT NEVER HAPPENED! ) The next day i had an appointment with my Neurologist to discuss my test results from a nerve conduction study ( nerve damage) The Neuro office called and said no one called them authorization was still needed. They canceled my appointment due to NOT expecting Senior Care Usa. Senior care USA is a rip off. I sign up for life insurance for my self and my son. They didn’t add my son on as a child rider and I just lost my son and I have no life insurance to have a proper service. This company found a loop hole to say it was my fault. My name is Rick C******* from Fort Myers, Florida. I want to apologize to Brad Turner of Senior Care USA, 216 Ward Street Hot Springs, Arkansas 72204. For the past year a company has been masquerading as a Senior Care supplemental insurance agency and using telemarketers to harass me seven days a week. I’ve watched videos on YouTube of the same activity and they are all generated from India and are telemarketing scams. No matter which male calls my number the parasites usually use the name “Alex” and are hoping I’m dumb enough to divulge personal banking information. They use phone numbers with the same area code and three prefix numbers as the area for my phone to entice me to answer. They have used three different Company names of which all have Senior Care and either America, USA on the front or back. They are not the Company from Hot Springs, Arkansas that Brad Turner represents, Senior Care USA. He has legitimate insurance contracts with a needed product for Seniors. They do not do the harassing phone calls. I filed a complaint with the BBB not realizing it was not the same company as the scammers were making me believe and I apologize to him and his business. He personally contacted me and we had a lengthy discussion and no telemarketing scammers will ever do that especially giving me their real name that I can find on LinkedIn. His name and reputation are on the line and these telemarketing scammers using the same names hurt good reputable companies such as his. He has been in this business since 1999 so he has to do something right. I have read reviews on Mr. Turners company and they are well respected and I can definitely believe this when the owner contacts me personally. I am not a paid spokesman so forget that ignorance. I received a call starting at 7:30am every day for the past year and a half. Ever since I became of age 50. I am now 51. They have been asked to remove my name. I have asked do not call me. I have asked to speak with a supervisor, they tell me that they are the supervisor. Then they start to play games like hanging up the phone. Then I just ask for them to give me the pitch, the agent then says well, I have to go my shift is over and I no longer have time to speak with you. I have asked for someone who does have time. “ We are all leaving “ this is ridiculous! The topper for me is when the agent named John said, “ I don’t understand why you don’t like talking to people Ma’am? So how about I personally call you back at 7:30am? Or 9:30pm?” This is HARASSMENT! I have a right to say no thank you and to please stop calling me. They continue to call me and say, “ well I reassure you that this is the first time I have ever called you from this company. That is not true. The same automated system asks the same question representing senior care benefits. Please stop calling me. I have saved call logs from them on my phone plus a phone conversation. I constantly receive calls from Senior Care USA. Like most telemarketers these days, a variety of phone numbers are used making it impossible to block them or call them back to complain. When you ask to be removed from their list they immediately hang up on me so as not to finish the call. They also refuse to provide an agent number which is required when trying to sell insurance. Again the quickly hand-up the phone when asked. There business practices are obscene. My next call email today will be to my State insurance regulator.Review from Bret S

They spoof numbers using an illegal robo dialing system, they called me even though im not old but i played along to get the company name so I could report them to the FCC and file a lawsuit against them. I emailed them about this but i dont expect any response. FCC fine is pretty steep compared to emailing me back but not my scam business.Review from jafo

Senior Care USA spoofs numbers. This alone tells you they are not an honest company to work with. If you are a legitimate company, why not show the name of your company on the caller id along with the actual number for the company. The call starts with an automated system that tries to get you to say "yes" to a question. I kept answering with alternate "yes" terminology. The system finally transferred me to a human. When the gentleman answered the phone he breezed through his introduction with a name and company name I could not easily understand. I asked him what company he was calling from, he said Senior Care USA. He stated he needed to validate some information. I asked again, who are you representing. He hung up on me. This is not the first call I have received from "Senior Care USA", this is just my first time to complain. They call frequently. The way they handled the call, it almost seems that they are trying to scam elderly people. I admit I wasn't honest this call and told them I was 85. When I previously answered their calls with a younger age, they immediately disconnected the call.Review from David B

These a**holes call me 6 times a day every day and weekends. Always some Hindu Patel and I've asked multiple times to take my number off
