      On june 11 2024 I call Fletcher Dodge jeep and Chrysler in Sherwood Ar. I called to make an appointment with the service department to get my wife’s oil changed. I spoke to the lady that answered the phone and explained to her that I bought my Jeep grand Cherokee from them and my wife bought a new 2022 challenger from landers. I explained that I wanted to bring her vehicle there to get the oil changed because it was closer to my house. I told her it was the first oils change and that she had a couple of free changes. I misunderstood that the dealership offers these rather than the dodge Chrysler Co. I gave her all my info and showed up got the oil changed and when they were finished tried to charge me $149. I explained to them that it was supposed to be free and I wasn’t paying for it after explaining it to the woman initially when I called to make the appointment. The gentleman from the service department said he needed to go in and talk to his manager. The manager then came out and stated that they were not gonna pay for it and that he was gonna call the police which I told him to call the police I would wait, because I explained the situation to the woman on the phone prior to the appointment. So I wait outside the building for an officer to show up and about five minutes later the service manager by the name of Dwayne **** came out handed me my keys and said he had talked to the CFO and was wave change. I explained to him again that it was supposed to have been taken care of when I made the appointment at that point he called me an idiot, and we exchange some words with him telling me that he lived in Greystone and that he lived in Cabot and would remember my name and I replied anytime anywhere. This was a very unprofessional service manager that I had to deal with and I promise I will never buy another vehicle from them nor will my friends or family .

      I found a Nissan pathfinder online so I called to inquire about it and was told someone would contact me with a business card so I could set up a test drive . Didn’t happen . First red flag . I went to dealership the next day and the gentleman was very helpful. Test drove no issues he assured me the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and oil changed all the things . The sticker even said wasn’t due until Oct . Left dealership realized I didn’t even get a tank of gas next red flag so I stopped and filled up . Car started smoking. Next red flag . Called dealership and was told it was just condensation nothing to worry about. My husband went back the next day to pick up a key fab and still smoking. Service dept says they checked everything and car was fine . It was just condensation. Gave key to my husband and when he was leaving headlamp alerts were on .They were not on when we took it in so they said they would fix it . Had car for about a week ( gave us a loner) fixed headlight and said it was bad gas . I bought car may 3rd. This week the low oil light came on so I took it to a dealership and it has quart and a half of oil because it was burning oil (the smoking) that oil was so bad there is zero chance it had been changed recently. There is no way they didn’t know that oil was that bad had they been doing all the servicing they said they had . I traded in a wonderful vehicle to end up with a car with a bad engine. I lost all equity in my vehicle. Do not purchase a used vehicle from here .

      Frank Fletcher Dodge in Sherwood is the most ********* dealer ship I’ve ever worked with! My car salesmen ran the numbers for a, Durango GT Launch Edition. I agreed to everything, and the vehicle was delivered to my work. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it clearly wasn’t the correct one. Pulled out the sticker on an SXT! Of course I didn’t want it, nor was I signing anything! The salesman said, the GT I thought I was getting was damaged by a hailstorm, and he couldn’t get it anymore. So he thought it was okay to bring me a different vehicle at the same price, which clearly wasn’t the case! Cheaper! Finance manager, said that he would find me a GT , and witch he did. The only thing is that this one was 1400 more that my payments, and rate went up. They made no apology, or comment to help in anyway possible. I hope this helps others, steer clear of this dealership!
