We have used B R McGinty for over 40 years. They have always been able to service our needs in a timely manner. The tech are always cordial and friendly. Chris came today and has been here before. He explains what he is doing and gets right to work. No problems with our air conditioner today. We just love Mr. Chris!

I have been a customer of B.R. McGinty since I purchased my home in 2015. I give all the credit to their well-qualified technicians for keeping my old Bryant HVAC package unit functioning until it was way past its prime. When I replaced it in February of 2023, I 'guess-timated' that it could have been in service for over 25 years since it was manufactured in 1996. I chose to purchase a new Bryant HVAC package unit based on my experience with my old Bryant unit, and because I have always found B.R. McGinty to be honest and fair with me in their business dealings. Their office staff and technicians have great communication skills. This morning one of their technicians came out and performed the spring maintenance on my one-year-old HVAC unit. When he finished, he patiently reviewed with me the work he performed. Based on my experience with this company, I would not hesitate to recommend B.R. McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air to my family, friends, and neighbors.B.R. McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air Response

Called McGinty's on 01/22 to ask 'how much & when' to replace my leaking 20-year old 65 gal. electric water heater. They could install next morning (even with an outbreak of frozen/busted pipes in the area). Price quoted was a bit of a shock, so I called a few competitors & learned that McGinty's price was fair & better than most. I'm a repeat customer, so as usual, their experienced installers were on time, fast & efficient. I had my hot shower by noon!B.R. McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air Response

B.R. McGinty has been taking care of all our plumbing and heating & air needs since 2012. I can't say enough good things about their technicians. All have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and have solved any problems we have had over the years. Today I'm sending lots of KUDOS to Russell M****, our HVAC technician, who took care of a problem we were having with one of our heating units. The office and technician contacted me before servive arrival. Next day service. The tech was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and took plenty of time explaining his findings. Tech came in to check out our system (Fall/Winter service) and he found everything to be in good shape. He located a minor issue that could have led to problems and fixed it. This is the first time using this company that I can remember. The receptionist was very helpful getting someone here considering it was a tight time frame for me. The technician was very friendly and went over everything he thought could be a problem areas. He was fast, friendly and efficient, I think he did a thorough job. I was having trouble with my gas heating unit & needed it checked out completely and all explained to me in detail. The fee for service was figured exactly as I was told prior to his visit. HVAC Technician Chris was able to troubleshoot and fix our A/C problem in under an hour before the day got hot.
